How do I know what strength of a pheromone product to get? I don’t want to get too weak a strength, then again, I don’t want to get a strength that is too strong and cause negative effects.
If you are just starting you should get the regular products in regular strength. Test them one at a time until you start to understand them a bit and then if you see that you are using say 4 sprays if IH and would rather just use one then get it at 4x strength.
So basically, the strength of a product = 1x per spray? So a 4x spray would be a more concentrated version of the regular strength?
People on here say that they usually have to use more than 1 spray at a time so, since these products are so expensive, getting a higher strength
the first time around might be more worthwhile, huh? Maybe getting DOUBLE strength? Especially since I’m 43 and probably not producing any or my own pheromones anymore, from what I gathered from reading information on here.
Everyone uses a different dosage, With products containing anone you need to start with regular strength. These you can OD with easily. That just means get adverse effects.
IO Ishine and IH you can go to 2X but keep in mind that if thats to much it will be harder to scale back then add more sprays. If you only needed the 1X you would be wasting money getting it at a higher concentration but I do think you will need more then one spray of these 3 so its up to you.

I would suggest that you get the 1X of everything. Then if you are finding that 4 sprays is your “sweet spot” you can order a 4X version and apply 1 spray of that.
