I have only used it twice. and I havent noticed anything out of the ordinary so far. Every time I used it it was only one spray (but I think it is x2) and I used it with one drop A314. I am going to try it tomorrow without the A314 and see if I notice anything. Any other Ideas on things I could try?
Personally, I find one in between the wrists, one on my thoat and one in my face does the trick. Its strange, because I feel it only perks you up if you adopt an empowering state. As soon as you drop, so does the shine.
Yeah, I’d up your shine, it’s double strength, but you could get away with up to 3 (MAYBE 4) sprays. Can’t really help with a314, but I do know that one drop isn’t a whole lot. Maybe try two?

Its only a togo bottle so I am afraid of using too much because I know it will run out fairly quick.
Has anyone tried Instant Shine with Turn Up The Heat?
I did two sprayes of IS today. and one that I tried to do really slowly because it was on my wrist and didnt work that well so it may have been more like 2.5 sprays. There were no noticeable effects except this girl walked over to me and stood abnormally close to me and I put my arm around her just messing around and stuff and she did the same but I dont think it was that abnormal. I did feel pretty happy and outgoing today. I think I need to up my dosage again.
