I’m not sure if I qualify as a new user. I got into researching pheros years ago, but I’ve been out of the loop for 7 or 8 years. I’ve recently been dabbling with some of my old stock. As crazy as it sounds it’s all still good! My wife is really into the idea of me experimenting with them again, so here I am back at square one and not sure if I can still get the pheros I have now. There is going to be a delay to receive anything, due to a backlog of other orders they need to catch up on from their recent move… Try not to customize options beyond the default and it should come faster…
At the moment they have accumulated a backlog of orders from losing several assistant formulators in the move and the fulfillment formulator who is needed for the customization working slower at the moment, along with the cart being outdated on the stock tracking people can order things that arent already made up… So they are temporarily shutting down new sales and catching up on the backlog… And using this opportunity to upgrade the tech for the store, and implement any changes/ideas that are being discussed… You can still order some items in the store right now, they just are going to take say a month to arrive from the backlog, a good reason why they are stopping orders very shortly to catch up so they can ship on time and without all the problems the current tech is causing..
Once they are back up with the new store, things should be back.. Now as a new user I saw you started right away with putatives in your second purchase So I’d suggest to post a message in this thread below that even new users should have access to the full range of putatives.

but its good for them to hear feedback from new users too as it can influence what they do with the store… What's next for this forum?
