Went to physical therapy this morning and everything was typical. At the end of the session he kept shaking my hand and talking. It was our last session that my insurance covered, so I wasnt too shocked we talked for a bit. We built a pretty solid instructor/patient relationship. Needless to say I will be contacting him for my business here in the near future.

I ran to menards to grab a tarp for my a/c, and I felt very aware. Seemed like everything was brighter and more colorful. I also felt more clear and less agitated than the previous few days.

My girlfriend and I went running errands, shopping for some stuff, and out to eat. She was a bit more chatty towards me in a friendly kind of way. I mean she was venting to me about her job. Usually when she has a bad day she just takes it out on me in a I had a bad day so stay out of my way kind of attitude. But that wasnt the case today. She was more considerate of how she was talking and me in general. She is a very picky eater and I am not so we usually go where she wants to eat, I can usually find something to eat anywhere. Well tonight she let me pick where I wanted to go, no questions asked. It was a rather a nice night even though we were both tired.
On the way home I made a small sexual comment and she responded with, “can we not tonight, im too exhausted and don’t want to have sex.” I said ok. When we got home I applied:

We laid down in bed in the living room (yes, I have a bed in my living room, lol) and I kissed her a few times, she kept puckering her lips for more kisses. At first the were just quick small pecks and a few longer pecks, but as I tried to stop she started to want to kiss more and more. Eventually we were making out and she grabs my hand and shoves it down her pants and says, " look at what you do to me." Needless to say you all know how the rest of the night turned out. Tuth has definitely helped me in situations I would have other wise been lrft frustrated.
It sure is fun when you start to know exactly how to use mones to steer thingd in a direction you want.

I was with my girlfriend all day and we went shopping and ran some errands. The mood we were both in was kind of carefreeish. We joked, laughed, and just had an all around good day enjoying eachnothers company. It did seem a bit best friendish, but I think that was good for us. She still gave me kisses in public and stayed close. It just felt like we had a better connection.
After few hiurs of being out and about we stopped home to drop off shopping bags and get ready to head over to my aunts house for family birthdays. She asked me about some notes I had wrote down that she saw about my testing mones . I explained to her what they were and that I was helping a company do research and couldn’t tell her because of the placebo effect(she works in medicine so she understood).
I sprayed on more spray of p74 (5mcg) to the front of my neck as we left. When we got to my aunt’s house , it seemed more people than usual were starting conversations with me. My aunt sat down next to me and started rubbing my back as she was chatting away.
So all in all it felt like I had a better connectiotimn with anyone near me. Almost as people weren’t so guarded around me. I even got a guys number for my business as well, with minimal effort. I guess the next step is to wear two sprays a few more times and compare results, then kick it back up to three dprays to see if I get the irritability back.
Hung out with my dad and wevwent to a gun show. He seemed more at ease around me and we had decent conversations. Was a good day spent with my dad.

Spend the evening with my girlfriend and she seemed more into me, like wanting my attention more than usual. When wearing p74 she is more talkative and seems to connect more. Next time I will try 4 sprays and see if I keep getting better results.

Had a casual meeting with a guy in my business and it went rather well. My girlfriend also stopped by and once again it felt like we connected better.
All in all I feel like p74 helps create a connection or a bond. Definately great for ltr in my opinion, well at least for mine.
Well I didnt get much sleep so I was kind of on the cranky side to begin my day, but anyways here how things went. I spent the day eith my girlfriend running errands after we decided to get up. I could tell something was up with her. Nothing major just a subtle vibe of who are you? Im sure this had to do with me up I and changing mones. The past four days I have been testing out p74 and had some great results, and then today my signature was different. I just think this may have caught her off guard.
I want to keep testing this but I think it might be a good idea to go mone free for today.
Ok, so today I got out of bed around noon thirty and started cleaning my house. After a few hours I got cleaned up and put on the above dosage. I walked out to the kitchen and my girlfriend asked me “why are you a lways trying to look nice?” And replied very much with a cocky but true answer."because I’m trying to attract people into my business, not so I can attract other women and cheat on you like you think. " this was not my typical response. Usually im less aggressive and more reserved, But not today. Today I was more like a jerk, in fact my girlfriend kept asking me why I have been acting like a dick. I made some other remarks and all of a sudden I find my girlfriend cleaning my house. Kinda like I better not piss him off. I felt very much like the man in charge. I did notice my girlfriend was more aggresive towards her dad on the phone. And when she got off the phone shewent to text her friend about the incident. I immediately said don’t and she huffed but listened to me. Usually she would give me an attitude and text anyways. After that I explained why its bad to always complain to her friend. We went and saw a movie and had a good night. She seems to act more like im the man. Its almost like she is acting like she first did when we first started talking.
All in all I feel like im more like the man in charge and I get the vibe that others view me in the same way. I can see the edginess in others but it was never directed towards me. I think 5mcg may bit a little much for some but I felt great. I will continue to test 5mcg and see how it works over the next few days.i cant wait to pair p75 and p74 together.
