Go to the top of page, and click on the “Smartmones Pheromone Store” Page. It should link you to the site that has ALL the mones. You should spray them to your skin: usually neck and wrist and forearms are good spots. With socials, such as, IH and IO, you can also spray to your hair. Try not to spray to your clothes though.
