I’ve made a mix of Steve’s ICM 0.25.05b and what I’m finding out is that once sprayed on my skin the scent lasts no more than an hour, allthough the smell is very strong when I smell it from the bottle. So when it no longer smells on my skin, does that mean the pheros will no longer be being diffused or maybe they are not even there any more?
I have a bottle of akuto scented mx297 which can last most of the day. But with my mix I’m not seeing it last very long. It is roughly three parts neroli, three parts akuto and one part grapefruit. I only mixed it last night so maybe it needs more time to composite. Any ideas?
Having made a few composites in Neroli and Grapefruit as well as a few in Akuto I can tell you that the scent of Neroli and Grapefruit will fade pretty quickly even after it composites.
Akuto by itself (even at only 6%) seems to last a while where the Neroli and Grapefruit will dissapear pretty quickly. I’ve had really good hits even when others don’t seem to conciously smell the cover scent so I think you’ll be good to go.
hehe, I just hope it is a GOOD answer. I don’t think you have to worry about it not being effective. If anything it may just come out as a slightly ‘sweeter’ Akuto before it fades. (Once made the mistake of adding Akuto scented TAC to my Grapefruit scented 1a. Oops! Turned out to work just fine. Just had a hint of Akuto to it. Actually smelled pretty decent.
Yeah I like the way these scents combine to produce a sweeter version of the originals. I tried adding some TAF to the 05b which was one two extra P’s that Steve added. Havn’t had a chance to test it yet.
