If you dont see a thread for what your asking, start a new one in the mens section. Many times searching will find one with all the years of posts. When you see posts that are helpful to you, you can just click the thanks button to the bottom right of that post. A post that is exceptional you can also nominate for post of the week with the button next to that, the post doesnt have to have just been posted.
