Hey! I have done about 4 experiments so far that I have reported in my
journal and each time I took a shower, one day before I applied the mones
however when I have read in some posts here about bacteria on the skin and
how this affects the mones I suspect that I might wanna shower before???
What I mean is that; should I take a shower the minutes before I apply my
mones or is it okay that I take a shower one day before I apply the mones?
I use AMMO 1x + IShine 1x, both on my throat so people cannot avoid it when in
face-to-face, and since I use mones only for “meeting women”-purposes, I
am very often in face-to-face contact so this strategy is my way to go, yo.
What are suggested in terms of not affecting the applied mones in a negative
way when it comes to taking a shower before you apply them or not at all???
When you’re younger, normal body chemistry, especially Androstenone might be on your body more as opposed to someone who produces less naturally. Now I don’t know the amount but showering is usually giving u a clean pallet when you’re applying mones. I’ve put on mones after showering and after a day of work and I haven’t noticed too big of a difference.
I shower 2~3 times a day, I know it is bad for the skin and what not, to be honest I just like to soak and I do not have a hot tub or a pool so the shower/bath is the closest thing I have. I do one in the morning to fix up my hair and any sweating or nasty things I did during the past night again after the gym and before bed again. Now on a regular basis I will apply mones after my first/second shower depending on what I am doing/when I have class. Example for today I am going to take a shower in idk lets say 30mins, then I will apply mones and go see my friend at Bucks. Come home and watch some Dexter. Wait til 3 and go train my little brother and getting my swole on at the gym. MIGHT have a sushi date tonight and will need to freshen up before hand so will take another shower. Then after all that wonderful fun I will bathe once more for bed and maybe applying P103 while I wound down. after every shower I wait to make sure I am dry 10-45mins depending how hot I am and if I am sweating. Not sure if I answered your question, but P51 is right (because he is the man ) shower will give you a blank slate which is always good. Because anything could be left over COULD tamper with results if you are not careful
Like p51 said showering does help clean the pallet so to speak. Generally speaking if I have a spray on that is high in none and my next outing calls for.more of a social vibe, I would at least wash off the old stuff to keep things more consistant.

you mean that it seems to make no big difference if I took a shower one day
before I apply my mones? I rarely use them and I take some showers through
the weeks so I would then get into this “blank state” every time before I
apply my mones. I took a shower yesterday night and tomorrow I will be using
AMMO + Instant Shine. So, I think I can then go ahead and skip shower now.
According to Geogi skin bacteria can convert A1 into Alpha Androstenol and then converted further into Androstenone and finally into useless smelly funk.
Since AD products are dosed I assume when you apply one spray of Ammo you want 2.5 mcg each of Rone/None/Anol. and not have to worry about having 2.5 mcg of Rone and 5mcg of smelly funk.
That said using a good anti bacterial soap should help a lot. It never kills all the bacteria but should reduce them enough that your mones have time to diffuse off the skin in the form you want them to and not get turned into something else before you gain the effects you want.
