Shy 26-year-old: Ammo, IO and IH or Ammo and IS to keep girls talking?

Welcome to pherotalk! I would start with Ammo or Heavy Ammo (2x) and add Instant Shine (X2 if possible) From what I’ve read Ammo already has socials in it. Instant Shine is by far, my favorite instant line product, period.

A314 and Ammo Combo Question

I use both or variants on a near daily basis. Now there is some overlap in the individual pheromones in both products although A314 certainly has more as reported and the ratios are also certainly different.
