You loose faith in your country when three common british girls are behaving like that, it’s only when the rest of the country are outraged and vote for her to win you get the faith back. It was big, big news here. All over the front of newspapers, main headline on the news even talked about it in parlament.
haha it works both ways. Yeah it’s 1 english pound. 12p a text so thats like 20 something votes lol.
Blame George Harrison. It was his music with the citar that got me into indian culture.

Aww! I was just starting to have fun! class got dismissed so soon! C’mon mr.daddykins, people are starting to fill up the class…time to lecture again lol!
LOL. Forget recognizing the Generation Gap. I think I just fell into the Generation Gap.
Try “While my Guitar Gently Weeps” from the album The Beatles aka The White Album. That is a George Harrison song with Eric Clapton playing the guitar. One of Harrison’s wives (Pattie Boyd) divorced him and married Clapton. Harrison played guitar at the wedding. HE and Clapton actually remained friends and supposedly refered to themselves as “husbands in-law” as the story goes. Clapton had actually fallen in love with Pattie well before she divorced Harrison and even recorded a song “Layla” about his love for her. That song was a big hit in itself. Layla was supposedly his nickname for her.
OK. As long as class seems to be back in session …
Bob Dylan was not in the Beatles. That was George Harrison, Sir Paul McCartney, John Lennon and Ringo Star. And actually Pete Best on drums before Ringo star. They hailed from Liverpool, England.
Bob Dylan was American. He came out of the folk scene. You may have thought he was in the Beatles if you caught parts of “The Concert for Bangladesh.” Allthough Dylan’s music was folk/rock it has been covered by a lot of musicians. Check out “All Along the Watchtower” by Jimi Hendrix and by U2 if it is on YouTube.
lol, husbands-in-law?! that’s funny! “layla” huh? I’m gonna check that out
He was not in the beetles!!! lol, I have no clue, but I have always associated bob dylan with the beetles… ignore my insanity lol. I just looked at one of my beetle albums and there was no bob dylan. Man this is embaressing!:o My sister called me a dumbas* lol…I know you’re all secretly thinking that she’s right! hmph!
haha don’t worry Dylan is often associated with the Beatles. George and Dylan where good friends, they where both in the traveling Wilburys together in the 80’s. It’s not uncommon to hear them mentioned in the same sentenace so I’ll let you off. Besides I had no idea what a TG was so…
