I just wanted to take the time to tell everyone how good things have been with androtics now for the last little while now that steveo has been aboard.
I must say the customer service he is giving over email is great! you allways get a response and he understands everything you ask helps you out as best as he can on EVERY occation.
I have had a few bad runs with the post and with a couple of products (broken bottle and a bad batch) and everything was fixed instantly.
I am impressed and I just wanted to share that with everyone.
Ohhh yeah and i phoned up one time and Steveo and Jasmin were together working, it was good to chat to you guys again.
So good work Androtics, I can imagine its not easy.
SteveO is top notch. I actually don’t know how he puts in the time he does, especially over the last week or so. A real passion for this job. I have said it before: I wish every business I deal with had the same level of commitment, passion and professionalism that they do here at Androtics.
Jasmin was looking at moving out of LA because of the quality of the workforce. I told her it isn’t just LA. It is all over. That is why it is so great to see a group of people commited to excellence like they are at Androtics.
I agree totally. Steveo…congrats! I sent off an email and he promptly responded …both times. Thanks again my friend.
Also, I wanted to thank Jasmin for being so nice to me when I got her on the phone about a month ago.
One last thing at the expense of sounding like a brown noser 
, I can’t live without Androtics products. They are literally the best I have used.

Cant help but agree. SteveO’s always quick to respond to PM’s and really does help sort out any problems/queries.
