Just a fast post to thank SteveO and Jas for the phenomenal customer service. I received my order today and was thunderstruck by the amazing service I received - particularly given the problems the site has had of late.
Many thanks to you both for sorting out my problems and questions. That was truly service beyond the call of duty… and chocolate too?

SteveO tried to seduce me with his voice the other day. But I put my "SteveO Seducto-free filter on the earpiece of my phone to avoid getting put under, then he said, “Hey! let me seduce you”. Then some kinky music started playing in the backround and i said, “h…h..hey you bully! Dont seduce me!” and he said “you are an evil poptart”. I was very distraught by this remark. It hit me where it hurts.
If anyone ever wants to attend the SteveO school of voice seduction call me on the 800 or international line.

Years ago I got a phone call and when I answered the phone a girl tells me that her friend accidentally dialed my number and told her that the guy who answered the phone had the sexiest voice she had ever heard, and that she just wanted to see for herself.
I probably should have started flirting with her, but was so dumbstruck all I could say was “Oh…Ok…well, do I?” She says “Yea, ok well bye”.
I’ll never forget that call though. 
I used to work in Walt Disney world making announcements all day, well every 5 minutes. I gave a two minute speech and it was ridiculous how many women, old and young, would just walk up to me and tell me I had the sexiest voice they’d ever heard–well the young ones said that. The old ones mostly said a had an incredible voice or that I should be on the radio. That was so great to be told everyday.
The voice is so important. When chicks don’t understand something I said or tried to explain to them (which is like a couple times a week-college classes, i guess i sit next to the slow chicks?) I just tell them to focus on my words and not my sexy voice. Funny and oh so true.
Jeez, seems like everyone around me now have a sexy voice.. Not fair 
Just want to get back on track and put my two cents in…The customer service of Androtics is absolutely awesome! I love the fact that I get my items next day after I get my “your order has shipped” email. Very fast!

Um yea. same as the above. SteveO even called to let me know my order went through when the site was going retarded. It made me feel special… And it’s nice to have a business backed by people who understand you and treat you as an individual, instead of just trying to take your money and saying “screw you”. YAY for good people. I think you guys should wear capes and be like customer service super heroes and fight all the bad customer service villians out there…

SteveO uses the stuff for your throat from the movie ‘Love Potion #9’. He just expells charisma from his voice. Charisma: that stuff people who use pheros lack, lol j/k.
I just had to post real quick before I left for the day… I had a lil conflict with my order and SteveO called me, fixed it, yada yada yada said they’d ship it within that day or the next and that was yesterday. I hopped outta the shower just now and the dog alarms the ‘someone’s at the door’ bark and I throw on whatevers laying around and answer it.. the DHL guy. An afternoon phone call yesterday and I recieve my order before noon today, you guys are sick (and I mean that in the best way possible) do you guys teleport this stuff or something?? Androtics has the most incredible service and the nicest people. It’s as they teleported my order to the DHL guy overnight and he just woke up and knocked on my door, lol. I don’t know what to try out first.. Getting your pheros is like Xmas morning. I’d just like to thank SteveO for being so awesome and patient with my noob self. You guys rock!

*These products actually work!

*This forum is filled with experienced users that genuinely care about my testing and fun with pheros - and they give great advice.
*Somebody named April at Androtics that packs my order always sends me
a cute little note and sometimes extra “goodies”. This girl is awesome! Wish I could meet her or talk to her on the phone.

Androtics via Jasmin and now SteveO has always provided world calss customer service - and this does not go into the fact that they provide cutting edge products that work. Most of my orders are large and sometimes a little complex. But they have gotten it right every time. Except one. And that time they fixed the error immediately.
This happens because of two things. First is the passion for what they do. You can feel it when you talk them. It comes across in the posts. Most people treat a job as a … job. Not these individuals. There is a real love for their products and hence their job. Second is what I call a commitment to excellence. Its not about being “good enough”. Its about They are getting it right. And when they dont’t they will make it right. Quickly.
You see this in just about every aspect of this operation. The forum for feedback. How many companies do this or even care beyond your dollars? You see it in the live person at the other end of the telephone. Always a person with that passion and drive towards excellence. You see it in overnight shipping that is so fast it makes your head spin. And you see it in products that actually perform as advertised. Complex products designed to steer one of the most complex things I know: social interactions.
