I had to stop in and write how IMPRESSED I am with Androtics recovery from the bottleneck.
I placed 3 orders this week, all 3 orders included advanced products and required special formulation, and the last order was placed today at 1:03 PM. All 3 orders shipped today!!!
If that is not lightening fast processing then I don’t know what is!
I think Jasmin must have come up with some new expermental mix to get the staff operating at chipmonk speed, and I want some!
And a special thanks to SteveO for my orders sailing through so quickly!
They truly deliver out of this world customer service in terms of order processing, shipping, questions, the whole nine yards. I love the staff at Androtics, I know Jasmin and SteveO are on the boards but it would be nice to thank the rest of the staff as well.

I placed an order 12/11 and got a “shipped notice” yesterday 12/14. I just checked (12/15) the FeD EX tracking number and they say it’s not in the system yet. So a shipping notice doesn’t necessarily mean it physically left the warehouse yet. It’s just a notice…
Yep! My sales pitch for Androtics got wiped from the post. I guess it was my 22 years in sales, and the excitement of having 3 orders on their way had me totally pumped and going into sales mode here in the forum. Deleting it actually showed a lot of class and integrity. My hats off to you SteveO!
But all is well. I’ve turned several new people on to Androtics, outside the forum, so there!
Let’s see if I can remember. I think I said something like:
If anybody’s been reluctant to order because of the shipping delays caused by the move and hiring of new staff, now’s the time to buy. It looks like Androtics has everything cleared up and has come back better than ever. Most of the items are restocked and there’s even some new goodies in the store. So get out your credit cards and head over to the store.
