I am a relatively new customer to Androtics, starting earlier this year. I have a fair understanding and knowledge of pheromone science - it is Androtics where I will spend my pheromone dollars - not elsewhere.
Why?
Yes, the products are good, and good is not always inexpensive - some shop by dollar, some shop on results and anecdotal evidence from forum readings. I do also, to a point - Ill choose to spend where I KNOW if theres a question or issue - that issue will be resolved fairly and promptly.
I choose Androtics for their exceptional attention to detail customer service - to the powers that are behind Androtics - where the likes of Mickaelia goes - so will my dollars. Customer service is the backbone of any product oriented business. Tight margins, cheap consumers, unethical competitors using planted posts to degrade a competitor - and ‘innocently’ talk theirs up perhaps. Retail is a shit, cut throat business as it is - loyalty goes both ways. The likes of her is why I recommend Androtics to those interested in trying pheromones.
Customer service reps have to put up with complaints - and occasional customers who have roid induced meltdowns triggered by not understanding a web commerce platform - and handle it with the grace of a debutante.
Today, I encountered another small problem with a re order - an email to the sales mailbox some gap time because of the time zone differences - I received a call from Mickaelia - a customer service rep with whom I’ve dealt before - her avatar says Princess of Customer Service - promote her to Queen, and pay her accordingly.
I am perhaps one of how many customers Mickaelia has to deal with and resolve their issues satisfactorily - before going on to the next customer (if one notices all mails are tracked with a ticket - its for tracking customer contact - and statistics. simply put - any one of the reps to whom you speak have pressure to fulfill and complete - while putting up with assholes sometimes.
I recently re ordered some products from an earlier order - AND - the one item in particular was one which Mickaelia suggested ‘to try’ - that item has become my GFs favorite all purpose wear.
I felt Mickaelia warrants her own individual thread - where she should recive the thanks and recognition she merits

No - I’ve never ordered A314. Im already direct spoken, with external genitalia - from what I’ve read about A314, that might be overkill and create antagonistic feelings and repel otherwise nice people from me. If I want something I ask for it - information, a drink, or pussy, whatever. No mincing words, just polite and direct. Seems to work well for me.
In a social environment Im noticed as the quiet presence in a room. My GF is the star in our relationship, and it works well for us…

From those you who are not aware. I am from a small island call Dominica, not Dominica Republic. Dominica,West Indies.
A terrible hurricane recently hit my island and so I was stuck at my house with my daughter with very little water , food and of course no electricity. Of course, I am more than grateful for life because so many people lost their lives during this disaster.
I was transported to town where I now have to reside with my siblings so I can work. Because most of the power lines are down the internet is not 100% stable but I am trying my best to work through the tickets and all customer service related stuff.
I kindly ask for everyone’s patience while I get caught up on work since I am right now the only customer service agent at AD.

Gin martinis, no vodka please. I like Tanqueray man it seems, however the other night while out to dinner with the GFs parents, I ordered without specifying gin or vodka, and took my sip, realizing I just had my first vodka martini (which was fine) - Im accustomed to having my martini elsewhere, where my favorite server knows my ‘usual’.
