I really like this company and even tho’ this last order and the communication regarding it left me a bit dissatisfied, I think their overall customer service and attention to detail allows me to fogive them.

Recently, I had a few problems with the forum and some orders, but they fixed them IMMEDIATELY in a very helpful and thoughtful manner… Definitely, two thumbs up!
I can say nothing bad about these 2… and Amy… and Jacob as well. In the past year those are the 4 main people I’ve come to recognize as the core of the group along with Jasmin.
Every interaction with these folks is a pleasure and then some. They are definitely a huge part of why I’ve stayed loyal to the AD family and forum.
I do miss Steve’s posts/threads though. His writing style has always been enjoyable to read and his testing holds volumes of information that we call can utilize.
They also had someone leave recently which held things up and made everyone even busier as I understand 
I’ve been waiting a while for my 2nd to last order, but judge them not as they put more care into us than any other service related company ever has for me. :o

You’re right. I miss those posts, too, especially when he was a testing duo with “toil of day” at the beginning. Man, they were so awesome together!
Maybe you guys should do a poll about what you like best from each person? Everyone needs a little objectivity.
Right now, we’re trying to organize things so people do more of what they excel at, and less of what they don’t. That’s a real key to both efficiency and happiness. 
I mentioned this to Steve on the phone earlier today (yesterday?) and I am going to help things become more efficient to empower him further to be able to post like he used to.
I still Post 5.32 times Per Day, but keep in mind that Androtics has it set up that I also need to answer the phones, tickets, post a welcome message for every new user, review all orders and a slew of other things that are way more time consuming than posting on the forum. I’m very happy that with John comes opportunity to get back to the things I love. I loved posting on the forum and just reading every single post. I think there’s a way to see who has read what and you’ll find my name on 99% of threads on this forum. Pheromones and the community are my passion.
I probably shouldn’t say this, but if I spend anytime doing something that is not a mouse click or a keystroke I simply do not get paid. I have been vocal about it to Jasmin and John, but I guess that’s just the way its going to be. Androtics is growing as a company and its something that will take for me to get used to. It does sadden me that because of this I just don’t have the time to sit and read and post on the forum like I used to. Not only time constraints (which hopefully will be fixed) but I like to really digest threads. Imagine having to consciously focus on making sure you are clicking on the mouse, or some other task rather than reading with complete dedication. The same goes for hotline calls so I apologize if my focus does not seem to be all on getting you results. John said he will look to find a solution . It’s frustrating to me and I have made this clear to John, poor guy , but I’m told that all companies do this now. I wasn’t aware of that and I guess that’s why many workers are just in it for the 9-5 paycheck these days. I could never not be passionate about what I do.
I’ve been told, now if the screen is captured with anything other than an androtics website that time will not get paid either (think facebook, twitter, other social media avenues). I used to spend time scouring for pheromone articles and on “competitors” blogs and forums just to know what I was dealing with. I can’t risk not getting paid for that so… I do understand why though.
Just yesterday John mentioned to me that it looked like I never get up from the desk and am pretty darn efficient. Well 18 years running companies kind of does that to a guy-LOL . The thing is I have to be here from 9-5 PST to answer the phones. It’s not like the old days where if I was out and about I’d have the phones transferred to my cell. I could be out clubbing and I’d still answer at 2 am. So yeah, you used to be able to find me on the forum as much as 60-70 hours a week: First thing in the morning when I woke up, while drinking coffee, to right before I shut my eyes at night. It just makes all those times I did it for fun seem less fun and more, well working a 9-5 in some big corporation.
Now don’t go getting mad at Androtics its just the new world we live in. I understand and I’ve been on this system since March 29th. It has taken some getting used to but I’ve always been a free spirit. I’m adapting and making due in this crazy world we all live in now. The economy has really got things topsy-turvy and I still love what I do. With John and Jasmin working together and the hiring of additional support perhaps things will get more friendlier for me to post like I used too. You may miss my posts, but I miss writing them even more.
