I just want to say that for the record, both as a thank you and as a heads-up to would-be callers. They really do mean it when they say you can call and get as much advice and assistance as you need. I still encourage seeking the helpful folks here on the forums, but when it’s time to place an order or you need specific direction, call them. You will actually be speaking with some of the names you see around here, like Mickaelea (I never spell her name right) and, in my case Steve O, and others. Steve was very helpful and also very willing to entertain my insanity lol.
It’s always nice when people back up what they say…I was like “wait, is this Steve…like Steve O??” “Yep that’s me”.

I second that opinion. I haven’t called in to ask for help, but when I’ve had issues with changing my shipping address, or changing my order, Mickaelea (sorry if I misspelled) has always responded warmly, and very fast! She’s a delight to speak to on the phone as well.
