Invisible ads: subliminal messages fail to control behaviour
It was that very discussion that started to peak my interest in them, and caused me to start this thread.
I found some free binaural beats in the web and tried them out twice so far. First time I had some strange tickling feeling after 5 minutes of listening. Second time I got so relaxed I fell asleep. I’m considering of buying catlords morphine binaural song.
Does anyone else use binaural beats?
I do and they work great.
There are MANY sources on the web for them and a little browsing will always reveal great pricing ![]()
I have some experience with subliminals. I’m not sure if they correct term is subliminals, because it was some other marketing term that was used. If you’re curious, Google Lloyd Glauberman.
I’ve tried Personal Ecology, Money Wealth and Prosperity, and ACE, mostly on tacitus’s recommendation.
Catlord, that was a great description of subliminals, and the fact that you produce them increases my respect for you. ![]()
I wish I could say definitively that it worked for me, and this and that was a result of listening to the cds. All I can say is that I consistently listened to the tracks, not necessarily on a regular basis, though I did listen daily for a good month or so. After that, I just revisit now and then. The biggest indicator for me was the intense feelings of being content and satisfied after my first session. After that, I figured, even if nothing permanent comes out of this, at least the sessions are very relaxing.
Fast forward nearly a year and where am I now? I came back to school, I raised my GPA from a ~1.8 to a ~2.8 and my attitude about life and getting things done is completely changed. Literally a complete 180. I used to be ashamed of being smart, I wanted to be ‘cool’ by acting dumb and ‘just having fun’ like my peers. Now my attitude is completely different. I know I’ve got a razor sharp intellect and I like it. It’s like having a toned and muscular body. You feel powerful and capable. It’s addicting.
Speaking of a toned and muscular body, I also began going to the gym on a regular basis. I’ll save my personal history, but long story short I’ve always been an athlete, I’m still in the best shape of my life. This all occurred very naturally to me, and most importantly, slowly and steadily over time.
I’m a firm believer that subliminals have had a significant effect on my life, even if it’s just from a placebo effect. I don’t care, I’m getting things done now, and $40 gets spent on even more useless things like alcohol or some new gadget. I’d rather spend $40 and trick myself into being productive than buying some useless toys
.
It may be the subliminals or marketing talking, but I now firmly believe that the most important thing is your will. What do you want out of life? What do you want to accomplish? Figure it out and then do it. No one can truly convince you, other than you. At the end of the day, no matter what a cd tells you, if you’re absolutely convinced you’re worthless, or that your position and situation is unresolvable, then you will only use your mind to find ways to justify your limits, rather than using your mind to rise above them.
I see I have missed a good bit of discussion in my absence, and have quite a lot to respond to here.
@rawr: Subliminal literally means “below the threshold”. It refers to the early experiments that revealed that speech that was nearly inaudible to the conscious mind was having an effect on the person’s thinking, beliefs, perceptions, etc. (These experiments date back to pre-1910, by the way.) Technically, subliminals are any information, from any sense, that is “below the threshold” of conscious perception. The theshold is a variable thing, and depends on the focus of the conscious mind. Anything the conscious mind determines is not sufficiently important, is simply ignored; the information that is ignored automatically gets filtered out of conscious perception, and passes directly into the subconscious mind completely unchecked. It is not being rejected by the conscious mind and then ignored by the subconscious, as Sweetscent seems to think, but simply is not dealt with at all by the conscious mind (think of the conscious mind as a filter and “gatekeeper” to the subconscious.)
This is why “masked” subliminals work: the conscious mind is distracted so much by the “cover” sound that it is unable to make sense of, or even detect, the “subliminal” portion. Because the conscious mind is very limited in what it can deal with at a time, and its purpose is to make sure you don’t get eaten by a lion, it is constantly searching for the most important sensory input and deciding what is and is not an important thing to be aware of. faint speech, as you might guess, does not make the grade.
This actually becomes a problem in man cases, because it is the very thing that makes subliminals work, that causes the conscious mind to ignore something and stop filtering it out: repetition! This is exactly why advertising is repeated and repeated and repeated - and why it works, most of the time. The subconscious is absolutely literal, and is emotionally focused. When you bore the conscious mind with repetition, and play on the emotions, you get a response according to the emotions generated. In effect, so-called “non-subliminal” advertising is in fact made “subliminal” through the very repetition that makes it work as a subliminal influence. Repetition>boredom>ignore>bypass>impact. So you see, subliminal advertising is alive and well… and works beautifully.
Remember that the subconscious mind receives ALL of the data that ALL of your senses are bringing in. Not just what the conscious mind cares to notice. And also know that it records 100% of what it is given… 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365.25 days a year, all of your life. Whatever gets repeated, grows in impact; and the impact that is greatest becomes the subconscious program, which is acted out when the conscious mind isn’t paying attention. Which, by the way, is about 94% of the time, based on my observations. We think we are conscious and aware, but we run on automatic almost all the time. This is a big part of why people have trouble losing weight when they have a subconscious program that equates food with safety, security, comfort, love, or whatever else. When the conscious and subconscious minds disagree, the one to lose is ALWAYS the conscious mind… unless, of course, you consciously choose to change the program through a tool such as hypnosis, subliminals, supraliminals, paraliminals, etc.
Paraliminals are further proof of what I am saying. They are basically programs that give each of your ears a different conversation to listen to, fully audible. The conscious mind cannot handle this… so it ignores one, or both, of the conversations, and whichever it ignores instantly becomes… you guessed it… subliminal. Paraliminals are great for those who want to know what’s going into their minds, and still get the benefits. They are, however, difficult to use for extended periods of time because the repetition becomes annoying after a while.
So, Sweetscent, to be specific, the conscious mind filters out everything it believes is unimportant, although ultrasonic sounds would only fall into that category because your ear cannot make out speech shifted into the ultrasonic as being intelligible. The result, for those who can hear it, is simply high pitched squeaks, which are not of much interest to the stimulus-hungry conscious mind. However, as I daid before, what the conscious mind ignores, does not get filtered out, but in effect, ushered in!
Here’s an interesting little fact… the brain shifts it’s operating frequency from Beta (awake) the Alpha (relaxed and daydreamy), and then Theta (where dreams take place during sleep) within about 5 minutes of a person beginning to watch TV or a movie. Alpha corresponds also to light/medium levels of hypnosis, while Theta corresponds to most of the deeper levels of hypnosis. In these braoinwave states, the subconscious mind is more “exposed” and more able to accept and act on whatever it is exposed to. Extended exposure to these brainwave states also trains the brain to stay in those brainwave states… so not only have generations of people been hypnotized almost daily and then exposed to all manner of garbage from advertisements to talk shows, but they are being trained to stay in those not-fully-awake states more often than they should… and I believe this is having a large impact on the “developed” nations of the world, where TV and movies are so prevalent, in that it appears to be resulting in, among other things, ADD and ADHD. I say that because these conditions seem to correspond to having the brain operating in Alpha/Theta too much when the person should be in Beta.
Why keep the population in what amounts to a state of hypnosis all the time? It’s great for controlling them… not the conspiracy type control, which may have popped into your mind; that I leave to others to debate. What I am referring to is getting the masses to buy more stuff. We are, after all, a Capitalist nation.
SteveO, the article you share only shows that misunderstanding what you are studying produces results that don’t match reality. Subliminals work much better when they are urging you to do what you already want to do, sure… that makes sense. But it is only an unskilled producer who can’t overcome a majority of resistance. It’s not a black and white matter, once again… it is a matter of what did ou do to get around, over, under, through the resistance? It can be done, and I have made quite a study of how. That is a large part of why the subliminals I produce work so well for so many people. If you cannot move the mountain with the shovel, then move the earth it rests upon. There is almost always a way, if you think about it.
A study is only going to be as good as the understanding of the people who design it, and most of the studies that have been done so far have been done with a poor understanding, at best.
By the way, music is another fantastic way to program a person. The rhythm induces a relaxed state of mind and the repetition hammers it home. Freedom of speech has it’s dark side here, in allowing all the negativity to be found in the music of today to quite literally brainwash the country. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen people be so shaped by the lyrics of the music they listen to that they literally became stuck in the reality that it created in their minds. This is most obvious in the “thug life” type music, which glorifies drinking, drugs and womanizing, while shooting anyone who doesn’t agree with you. What started out as a way to express discontent with a life of poverty has become a self fulfilling prophecy and a trap for tens of thousands of kids who come to believe that if they do all the things they hear about, that somehow they will become rich. But what do these lyrics teach, except a disregard for the value of self, others, and life? And this is not just about one kind of music; it happens in other genres too. Music is a powerful influence on us as humans, and we don’t respect that like we should. We are also paying the price for it, as a society.
Phya, whether you say it was the subliminal program or the placebo effect, does not matter. If you got the result you wanted, then it worked. That’s what it is all about. Indeed, the placebo effect is basically self hypnosis… believing that X will cause Y, accepting that subconsciously, and then subconsciously making it true by acting on it as such. Subliminals only work when the subconscious mind accepts what the script says as being true and acting on it as such. In the case of genuine subliminals, however, the effect is not placebo in that the conscious mind is not aware of it at all, and the sbconscious mind only accepts it as true and acts on it when the number of repetitions meets and then exceeds the number of repetitions of anything contradictory that the person has been subjected to previously.
And then there are other variables that make even these things only true 99% of the time… which we are still discovering.
Ultimately, it all boils down to a very simple fact: it’s all in your head. Some day this will be much more obvious than it is now, to the general populace. But until that day, be aware that what you believe, and what you accept as true, shapes your awareness of the world around you, and your response to it. It’s all in your head.
Catlord, in your opinion, do you personally believe that the subs with a “cover” (ocean, rainforest sounds)work better than the silent ones?
Your question would seem to be a simple one. In this field, however, I find that nothing is simple… if you’re trying to make the subliminals.
To know which one will work better, you have to consider three specific variables.
- Can you stand to listen to the cover for long enough to achieve the desired results? If you don’t use it, you won’t get results.
- Are you close enough to the source of the audio to be able to be affected by the masked subliminal audio? Keep in mind that masked subliminals work through significant volume differencing, and so masked subliminals have a smaller effective range that ultrasonics at the same level of volume.
- Do you have hearing impairment? People with partial (and from the research I have read, sometimes even full) deafness will find that masked subliminals do not work for them while ultrasonics will.
As for results when these factors are equalized for, I have found that there appears to be no difference in effectiveness between masked and ultrasonic subliminals that I have created for effectiveness, which, to be honest, was a bit of a surprise. I expected ultrasonics to be more effective. The feedback that I get, however, seems pretty well balanced for results from both.
That said, I have to specify that subliminals that I create are not the same as those created by others, because I use a large number of enhancing technologies in the scripts, and I also use specific volumes and volume differencing levels that are known only to me. When the subliminal uses volume differencing, this becomes a critical factor. Too high and it’s not subliminal; too low, and it isn’t detectable. Other producers may or may not use similar techniques or technologies, and may use different volumes and differencing levels.
Catlord, first of all, I agree wholeheartedly about your views regarding the mass ‘hypnosis’ of the public through advertising (one of the main reasons I avoid watching television and listening to radio, thought I can’t say the same about the internet, which probably has more ads than any other medium), and popular music today. I can easily see how some of my peers are impacted by the negative messages in the music. Music has its place dealing with negative emotions and experiences, as you stated, but it is indeed becoming a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy. In the most extreme cases, I can see how some of my peers become stuck in their negative, self-destructive behavior. I used to be the same. Until I was able to come out of the water long enough to see that there’s a world outside of the world I was in.
As you said, ultimately, if the tapes worked, then regardless of the mechanism that actually caused the effect (hypnosis vs placebo), the process worked. If I were to reword my previous statement, I think it would be most accurate to say this: I believe that the subliminals impacted my life in a positive way, but I cannot prove that it was the subliminals that did it, moreover, I cannot disprove that other factors may also have been part of the catalyst for change. Either way, I don’t care much if I am believed or not. It made a change for me and that’s what matters, call me a nutcase if you want
.
I am coming around as well, to the perspective that it really is all in your head. Despite the practical contradictions that my friends (one in particular) always challenge me with, I feel that even those situations are ‘in your head’. Meaning, despite whatever you feel like your circumstances are, you have the power to modify how you perceive it, and more importantly, how you act upon it. Case in point, my parents split up when I was 10, I only saw my dad once a year, for a couple weeks at most, I got into fights with my mom, nearly every day, often concluding in some physical altercation. On top of that, there have been numerous other chaotic situations that I somehow find my way out of, cut and bruised, but otherwise fine. Needless to say, other people have been in similar, or worse situations, and have also survived, I am not special in that regard. However, what I do consider different, is that many people have heard my past, and told me “You are very unlucky.” That is exactly how some of my friends continue to interpret their misfortunes. But I never felt that way. I have always, always asserted that “I’m a lucky, lucky, lucky dude. I don’t deserve all the good luck I have, and am simply thankful that I have had as much luck as I’ve had.” For another individual in my situation, his/her perspective may be completely different, but the difference is all in their head.
The difference your perspective makes, for example, is the difference between being stuck in a hard spot and giving up or being stuck in a hard spot, and seeing it as a chance to change and grow stronger, to do more. I could have been bummed that I got kicked out of my HS on my way to senior year. I had to transfer to a big, new high school, where I didn’t know anyone, to finish off my high school career. But it didn’t faze me. I saw it as an opportunity to change myself for the better, to drop the old habits that plagued me, and to develop new habits to continue carrying along with me. I made lots of friends, and had a great time. Still to this day, I consider my senior year my best year in HS, and I have had some pretty good years in HS overall, even though that’s when the shit really hit the fan.
I’ve recently been listening to Hypnotica’s Sphinx of Imagination. I was wondering if you, Catlord, have any comments regarding that cd, or if any other people have had any experience with it.
Personally, I found it to be very interesting, mostly because of the nightmares I’ve been experiencing these past couple nights. I almost never experience a dream or nightmare. I toss and turn like a bull in a rodeo, but never ever wake up from a nightmare. I’ve talked about it with Bella, and she’s stated that it’s probably the copious amounts of marijuana that I smoke. I generally agreed with her. But these last couple of nights, I have been going to sleep while high, and have still been experiencing these intense nightmares. Perhaps I’ve been having nightmares all along and SOI somehow set them free, into my experience? I don’t know, but I do consider it remarkable that as I started listening to this cd, I started having nightmares. I consider it a positive thing though, I am not scared of the nightmares. I feel like it’s some sort of purging process. Like puking when you’ve had too much to drink. Time will tell if this leads anywhere, but for now, I think it’s had a fascinating effect on my sleeping experience. I may have to try SOI at another time, rather than constantly using it as I’m going to sleep.
BTW, Catlord, if you don’t mind, could you share your views on the effectiveness of hypnosis while you’re sleeping? Or am I in a trance state until the very end of the cd, after which, I drop immediately into sleep?
Firefox + adblock + flashblock will take care of that quite nicely ![]()
Phya: Glauberman’s marketing stuff gets called “hypno-peripheral processessing” which would not be technically subliminal - you can hear both sides. Although the argument could be made that focusing on one side means you don’t consciously hear the other side. I don’t think the distinction matters that much, subliminals, hypnosis, NLP, all just different means of bypassing the conscious mind and accessing the unconscious. One thing you MUST try is turbo charged Resilience cds.
Hypnosis has never worked for me, if I tried a professional I could never trust some random stranger enough for it to work. Hypnosis cd’s never worked for me because I’m highly analytical and all the cd’s are produced with inductions that are focused on what will work for the majority of people (which is NOT ideal for more analytical types.) So I started exploring brain entrainment, using either binaural or isochronic beats to nudge the brain into trance states.
After some time out of boredom I took some glauberman cd’s and added in the binaural beats (mostly just out of boredom of constantly hearing the binaural tones.) It was then I started experiencing an impact. Before it had always been I figured the glauberman cd’s where having an impact but I could never really be sure. Since I had mastered alpha brainwaves I set about taking his cd’s and adding theta binaural beats - and after that there was no question whether they had an impact. I’ve since realized that the deeper the brainwaves the more impact the cd’s have had on me.
The binaurally turbo charged resillience cds have been the most beneficial. I’ve always ended up getting stressed out driving deep in my city with insane driving and inattentive drivers. Then one day I started getting stressed out as was common and a random thought just popped in my mind, “ya know, I’m getting stressed out right now, I should just choose to not be stressed.” I have no idea how I “let go of the stress” it just happens. It’s like asking, “how do you move your arms?” You just do. World’s best stress coping skill, and now I have it. I’d listened to the resillience tapes and others before, but I started having big success only after I added the theta binaural beats. And this reaction was so natural, on one hand I mentally realized this was brand new behavior, on the other it was ordinary to me. It wasn’t until that day I really understood just how easy change could be, how simple, automatic, and fast new behaviors could emerge. The real kicker though was a little later I realized I had actually done this new behavior twice earlier in the week, it was just that this was the first time I had realized that this natural behavior was new.
It has become so much easier to stay balanced from those cds. A person never goes from a normal state to stressed or angry instantly, these states start and then ramp up. So really it is a matter of recognizing when you are ramping up to stress/anger and going another direction.
The directions for turbo charged resillience are pretty straightforward, rip the cds, find a brainwave entrainment file or make one with a program like gnaural (not the most user friendly, but free) or sharm. Use a software editor like audacity to merge the files. It might be wise to gain proficiency at alpha waves before jumping to theta. Alpha is easy, not much of a jump. Theta…is different.
Someone on this thread mentioned something about listening to binaural beats and falling asleep. It’s possible, some do fall asleep with the relaxation, however sometimes people aren’t falling asleep, they just THINK they are. One of the interesting things about theta and deeper is you have to train your brain to remain conscious at deeper levels than it is used to. I’ve actually come across some old books claiming that a person cannot remain conscious in deep brainwave levels. Of course with brain entrainment everyone can discover that’s not true, it just takes practice. So the first attempts at theta everyone will loose consciousness, which is very commonly confused for sleep. One moment you are there, then you are out, then you are back.
This is far more about deep meditation than it is subliminal/hypnosis, but mastery of theta is an experience everyone should try. Very interesting to experience parts of your brain going dormant while others start to activate. For lack of a better term, at theta, you cannot analyze any longer. If something pops into your head and you might normally go, “hmm let’s see, what could that be about?” it won’t happen. There’s no figuring things out, if you try, your brain will automatically take you to a higher brain state so that you can. On the other hand, at deep theta you can really start to probe your memories. I will simply say, “alright subconscious, what happened at my 7th birthday party?” I give it a moment and something will pop up. Sometimes the memory is short, sometimes longer. One thing I have realized is just how many Ninja turtles birthday cakes I have eaten.
Oh yeah the sleep thing. Greatly depends upon who you ask it seems. The theory is that when asleep your conscious mind (the gatekeeper) is fully out of the way allowing for full access to the unconscious mind. The theory would argue that sleep is as effective or more so than just trance states. I’ve yet to see a decent study on it, you will come across a lot of academics that swear sleep hypnosis is a waste of time. Outside the nice fluffy world of academics, there are several military and intelligence agencies that state that there is one particular stage of sleep that is incredibly effective and the rest are a waste of time. I believe it was supposed to be the state just after r.e.m. sleep.
I would like to specify that subliminals do work, when they are made properly, used properly, and are not specifically resisted. Placebo can and does have an impact, and I have seen it - people coming to me after a few hours of use, saying they have had results, is going to be someone who is probably having a placebo response. I have seen that a few times. But I have conducted numerous blind tests (and had reports of customers performing their own, intentionally or accidentally) as well as other experiences that show me that there are definitely effects from subliminals (I have only tested my own and those of one other producer) that are not placebo effects. In fact I made mine the way I did to help prevent that. So I can’t say I think you are being affected by placebo, whoever’s subliminals you used, but I also cannot give you proof for you because there are too many variables to contend with.
As for hypnosis during sleep… it will depend entirely on what stage of sleep you are in and how many times you repeat the effect. Hypnosis is only “hypnosis” while you are not sleeping normally. You can cycle through the same levels of awareness in terms of brainwave states, but sleep is something different. When you are dealing with hypnosis, there is some level of focus on paying attention to what the hypnotist is saying. I believe that the conscious mind is in fact involved, even if it is not apparent or obvious. Normal sleep, however, is another matter; the mind is drifting on auto pilot in those cases, usually, and in my experience, whatever is heard is simply ignored for the most part. That would have about the same effect as a paraliminal in my estimation, but it would require sufficient repetition. This however potentially becomes a major problem on one very important point, which will explain why I believe that the conscious mind is involved during even the deepest levels of hypnosis:
The subconscious mind does not comprehend negatives. Yet hypnotists use them just as would anyone else… and the subconscious understands he meaning during hypnosis. But if you build a subliminal using negatives, you get all sorts of odd and potentially problematic results. Sometimes, you get reversals (“I don’t want to smoke” effectively becomes “I want to smoke”). Sometimes you get confused results. This does not happen in hypnosis. What’s the difference? My theory is that with hypnosis, the conscious mind is aware of the speech and can act as a passive translator for the subconscious. With subliminals, the conscious mind is bypassed completely, and cannot make any such translation. This is why it is so critical that you get subliminals that are scripted using positive phrasing ONLY - and this is something that even a lot of skilled hypnotists don’t yet understand. You cannot safely use hypnosis scripts as subliminal scripts because of this.
Which brings me to how it is just as bad to repeatedly hear how “unlucky you are” as it is to say “I’m a lucky, lucky, lucky dude. I don’t deserve all the good luck I have, and am simply thankful that I have had as much luck as I’ve had.” This is being said by you and thought by you and accepted by you consciously - so it is being translated correctly, and you are in effect denying yourself the right to succeed by programming yourself to have limited success because “you don’t deserve all the good luck you have”. Eventually, if you say it enough, your subconscious is going to start finding ways to remove that “luck” of yours… and that makes me wonder if perhaps ou haven’t been doing this long enough to explain why people have begun saying you are “unlucky”… maybe it’s already happening? What you should be saying is this:
“I’m a lucky, lucky, lucky dude. I absolutely deserve all the good luck I have, and am very thankful for the good things I experience.”
Then again, that brings up the question of what luck is… but that’s for another time.
As for Hypnotica’s CD… I have no experience with it, so I am afraid I cannot comment. I specialize in subliminal programming. Partly because I don’t care to listen to hypnotic inductions a lot… and after all, I started making my subliminals because I could not afford to buy them when I was in high school. So really, I build my programs the way I wished other people were making them… and you’ll notice that now, a lot of people offer programs in a similar “style”. I guess I had a good idea.
I suggest you use only pure subliminals or programs designed for use as sleep programming when you are asleep.
As for the effectiveness of mind programming during sleep, when the brain is passing through certain states of awareness, the subconscious becomes much more receptive… typically, this will be Theta. In Delta, the information is very likely to be unnoticed. Alpha is not as effective as Theta, which is where dreaming takes place. If you use a binaural program to shuttle you into Alpha or Theta while using audible suggestions, or subliminals, they will work better. But the “negative scripting” problem for hypnosis scripts is the killer. Scripting for subliminals is different in a few different ways that for hypnosis.
Also, when “ripping programs” to build an “enhanced” version, be aware that this may be copyright infringement. Be careful.
As backwards as American intellectual property laws are, taking cds you already own and adding binaural beats to them to improve effectiveness is not illegal. Lord knows lobbyists have tried to make everything else illegal.
some time ago i used subliminals..
the results ware different..
i will try some of catlord’s now.
But i think they are not quite effective if English is not your own language ![]()
It would seem quite reasonable, but you did not specify distribution of said results, and therein lies the problem. I believe that fair use is fair use, but if you added binaurals to my subliminals and then started giving them away or selling them, I would have a problem with it… whereas if you kept the results for private use, I would not. There are many who do not comprehend the difference, however, and believe that by altering the content, they now are free to do with it as they please. The point I was trying to make was that you have to be careful with working on copyrighted materials… not everyone understands the rules of copyright.
Subliminals will always work best in your native tongue(s). The effects tend to degrade rapidly according to how much of the language you don’t understand. That’s why I have plans to have subliminals in other languages, eventually, but that’s going to require very skilled translators, who don’t come cheap. You cannot translate a subliminal script safely into another language without understanding both languages fluently, and how a subliminal script works.
I have been using
Absolute Self Confidence - 3rd Generation Ultrasonic Subliminal (Silent)
and the (Ocean Surf).
for 1 week now.
Well i dont know which version is working better for me.. but the point is that its working.
I listen the silent version every time i watch a movie or something.
and the silent when relaxing.
Usually 2-3 hours a day i am exposed to the subliminal message.
btw i used some brainwave entrainment product some time ago.
some with great success too. i have tried 3 products. and only one
worked so far. I havent tried catlords brainwave entrainment yet.. but his subliminals work ![]()
Self confidence is one of my favorite programs. Perhaps the only one I like better us Ultra Success. The euphoria that one causes, and the results, really make me love it. I should use it again. lol
I was given a few of these for relaxation, meditation and wining. There were a few more too. I did listen to them at night while relaxing and I always fell asleep.
They were brain sync and subliminals, but I don’t really know what that is, except that I recall that there were different channels (tracks?) for each ear. Different. It did relax me a lot, which is why I fell asleep. I stopped using them as all I did was fall asleep.
Brain Sync Brain Wave Therapy | Meditation, Relaxation, Mind Expansion and Self-Improvement
This thread has made me thing of starting them again. Anyone heard of them? Are they good?
I’ve had a few different binaural beats for a while. These I do like and feel they work for me. Naturally I’m also curious about subliminals. I was really looking into them for a while, before finally deciding against them. It seems this thread has renewed my interest. Especially the helpful information posted by Catlord. I’m thinking I might have to try them out afterall.
I have been using Immrama Institute binaural beats for quite some time.
and i am happy with the results. ( Insight CD )
But those binaural beats are not even close to catlords Absolute Self Confidence - 3rd Generation Ultrasonic Subliminal (Silent)
