I am yet another new-be, an old female in the US Pacific N-W. 
My dream is to seed the many clouds here all Winter with Happy Juice.
But I’d better start with myself first; many of us have Winter depression.

I’m glad to see your interest in mones…otherwise, why would you join and post? For SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder, mmmm…, I don’t think any mones have been designed specifically for that…
My friend used to live in Puyallup, WA and then in Yakima and would use Melatonin and would swear by it. He also had started using a Wake-up Light like THIS

I myself, have been looking to try this out as mornings are usually tough in the winter for me…
Anyway, the only thing that comes to mind would be INSTANT SHINE for the perkiness and happy feeling in self effects. Though, I’ve noticed that in my case, the initial happy shine I would feel myself when I started using IS and become a contented glow…others around me are still affected positively and at ease with me… though from your comments, you are interested in self effects. For use to combat SAD, YMMV…
I’d also ask how you found out about the site and what kind of personality, in general, are you known for?

I agree that Instant shine gets rid of the doldrums. You would be better served looking into the underlying cause of your depression.
There are a few products though that you may like. Instant Honesty is a good one for evoking deep conversations. Instant sexiness is a good product for women. IO and CTTM are good conversation mones.

Ah, winter…since day light savings time…it gets dark here about 4:45pm. Arg, I hate it, lol.
The boys have made excellent suggestions. 
I’d start with Instant Shine, Instant Openness and Instant Sexiness A and/or Instant Sexiness B.
IS/A has a more alpha-girl feel to it and kinda makes ya wanna strut your stuff, lol. Yeah, baby! 
IS/B has a still confident but softer kittenish vibe to it, think Marilyn Monroe. It depends on which feels good to you, the situation in which you’ll be wearing them, and the targets you want to effect. A lot of us use both.
This thread might shed a little light on the subject for you.

When I am “on” I am a bright, quick-witted Mercurial type, social and [in general] co-operative. When I am "off " I am a lump of grey goop… on a log or otherwise.
