What dose of TAL does everyone wear? I thought I remember reading between 25-70 mcg, but I’m not certain. I usually wear between 50-60 mcg, but I don’t think I’m getting any hits off it. I would like to be able to post results for Jas’s research! 
I wear between 40 to 60 mcg’s depending on what else I have on that day. I wouldnt say I get “hits” from Tal when I wear it alone. Its more of a aura of confidence and respect. The kind of subtle reactions I notice with it alone are:
People pay more attention when I speak.
Mild flirting.
They seem to value my opinion more and seek it out.
They tend to be more agreeable.
Its sort of like alpha women in a bottle.

But like I said its really subtle and it took me using almost half the bottle before I started to pick up on it. I am still in the learning phase when it comes to picking up and peoples reactions.

OH, I love TAL…I have 2 bottles of the straight stuff…one is only 2.5 mcg with neroli, and one is 15 mcg unscented. So, how much I wear varies. The weaker version I wear with other mixes with TAL, such as Instant Sexiness A or 216…but, the stronger one is the one I use with just EW or by itself for funzies.
So, I would say that, when I’m not wearing a TAL mix, I use anywhere from 100-150 mcg of straigt TAL…
that would be 4-6 sprays of the 25 mcg…
When I wear one of the TAL-based mixes, I use anywhere from 20-50 mcg extra TAL…boots the effect of the mix.
TAL puts me “in my element”…brings out my she-woman vibe…I just adore it…I am soooooo addicted!! 
Ok I am going to have to up my TAL dosage a little LOL. Maybe this is why I only see mild effects when I wear it without anything else.

I might have to put in another order of Instant Sexiness sometime, either that or try combining it with something else. Ash was kind enough to send me some estratetraneol. I wonder how those two would work together. . .
Oh goodie make sure you tell us how the estratetraneol works for you. I havnt used that one yet and I am curious but cheep LOL

Don’t worry. I intend to. I’ve tried to do some background research to see what to expect but all I could find was that it sent the most activity to the VNO but that was it. Not much research has been done on that one.
And now, I just found myself a test subject. One of my male friends in high school will be visiting my home town (where I will be for a couple weeks) and we are going to hang out. I’m debating as to whether I should wear just the estratetraneol or wear both estratetraneol and TAL. . .
I would test the estratetraneol by itself first, so you can be certain as to what it does.
There are some posts by Bunny about using Estratetraenol on women. She said the effects were very cuddly. You can dig out her old posts. Infact all of her posts were very informative!
Not sure that’s the same thing, because it’s spelled slightly differently, unless Estratetraenol was what tomboy meant to type?
Estratetraenol is the famous molecule and I hope that’s what tomboy got.
The effects are very noticeable whether worn by men or women. And it’s positive uplifting effect is second only to Alpha-Androstenol (and may be TAA). Something about this pregnant woman’s urine derivative always gets us…womb-comfort connection, I guess!

I have the same problem that Tisha does–I’m insanely curious about it’s cuddly qualities, but it doesn’t come in a TO GO and I just can’t drop $90 on one item without any sort of trial to see if it works for me.
You could try Realm for men which contains trace amounts of Est, although even at very low concentration it does work quite well for me.
