that was a great post catlord. Also, thanks for answering my college mix post yesterday or the day before.
Since the thread started, I’ve mentioned it to three people, all friends, and my brother. One friend at first completely told me it was a hoax, there was no such thing. He kind of believed me when I explained I had tested some products and gotten results, but the stigma around it made it so he didn’t want it. That, and his current life position is good and he doesn’t feel he needs “enhancers”. My brother just thought it was kind of shady to be wearing these sprays to “manipulate” people. He’s pretty moral and I can’t explain it other than there’s no way he’d ever try pheromones.
My next two friends were different. They were skeptical at first, but I spent a good thirty minutes explaining it all. I was putting all my mone knowledge into the conversation. Only then were they interested.
If someone told me about this website, I would be immediately interested. I wouldn’t argue with them. I understand the advancements in research in this generation and would be completely open-minded to the concept of pheromones. In order to prevent this type of combatative thinking, I think you have to show them.
I walked through a mall with mones on with three of my friends that I mentioned above. One of them talked to me while we walked while the other two were kind of doing their own things. So I told the one I was walking with to notice hits. He didn’t want to try wearing yet, just watch. I had on 2 ammo and 3 cttm2.
When we walked into the mall, a man completely swerved around me and said sorry, as if he was in my way when he wasn’t remotely. “that’s weird” my friend basically said. We continued with no major hits for the next hour, we didn’t interact with many people but just shopped. He did notice girls were giving me a lot of eye contact and checking me out, which is different than usual. Guys were getting the hell out of my way, basically parting the red sea type thing. I could tell he was on the brink of believing.
To be honest, it kind of offended me a little to know that my best friends wouldn’t fully believe me from the get go. I think people are interested, but not convinced until they see a blatant hint.
We went to a bookstore and I basically talked to the pretty girl who was helping people find books. From the second we got there she was firing off IOI’s, hair flicks, blushing, eye dilation, etc. When we left, he understood much better.
Now the issue is whether or not my friends will use pheromones for the right reason. I mean, I wouldn’t have told them if I think they wouldn’t.
BUT I think the type of person that finds this site is generally different than someone who has to be convinced pheromones work. The person who finds the site cares enough that they are searching the internet to either 1) improve their life or 2) research pheromones as a science. While this is a massive forum, finding it isn’t a piece eof cake. It took me years from the day I learned what pheromones and pick up were, to the time I found it. I wasn’t looking the whole time, I took a major break, but the point is it isnt easy necessarily and takes time.
The person who is told by a friend usually could use some life improvement, but doesn’t actively search enough. My friends are good people, I obviously care about them enough to tell them about pheromones. They both say they think they want to try eventually.
But I think the journey to find this site, and then finally finding it, makes it so that every time you put on pheromones it’s a type of reward. A type of “I can’t believe I found this site, I’m so happy I did and ever since I understand the way life works in a different way.” I think my friends won’t have that same association and won’t respect pheromones quite as much because they didn’t find it on their own, if that makes sense.
Thanks for reading, that post just kept going once I got started haha
