Just wanted to give a shout out to whomever Jacob is from AD, I received my first order today (the day after it shipped, talk about FAST!) and open my package, check out the bill and there’s there’s a personal little note from him written on my statement, which i think is awesome and very personable. To me this shows he took the time to actually address me by name and that AD actually cares about customer service, so I just wanted to give him a shout out for taking a minute to go above and beyond the call of duty. I also got a bonus togo ISHINE which im very happy about because now i can test it before my actual order comes in of it Thanks again Jacob!

Awww, Jacob doesn’t post often on the forum or get a chance to read how you guys appreciate him but he works hard and always thinks of little ways he can make our clients happy.
I personally can’t say how awesome one is without the other and that goes for our sweet Amy as well. Together they make a great shipping team.
Woot just got my second order in the mail today, and got a bonus instant openness. You guys should call your delivery method “instant delivery” heh and once again thank you Jacob!
