I’ve been good about getting my orders in very early in the day. Jacob been really awesome about getting them packed up and out the same day and has suprised me with some awesome little goodies/freebies. The personalized notes really drive home that this is a tight community and that we all want to see each other learn and experience new things with the help of the pheros.

I work in Customer Service/Sales for my company and we strive every day to be the absolute best in our industry and any industry for that matter. The level of detail the AD team has shown to all aspects from product to availability to overall customer satisfaction, you are a FANTASTIC model of what Customer Service is about.
