This has been bugging me for a while

You know how we say that to-gos have a different percentage of liquid that comes out per spray?

I always wondered why the dosages for to-gos and 30ml’s were different.

If you calculate the most basic ones.

12.5mcg/spray for a 5ml togo amounts to 10mcg/spray if you take 80% of those contents.

I did it for the sprays that we have on 30ml and compared it with a corresponding 5ml and the numbers came out to that.

Now my question to Androtics/Experts

It is dosed at 12.5mcgs but in actuality does 10mcgs come out because of the spray size difference?

For Togo consumer line, is it dosed seperately from 30ml lines so that equal dosage?

I’m just curious because it might throw off sweet spot testing whenever I give advice to the newbies around here

Please and Thanks!

The togos in the consumer line seem identical to MX ones under the label, so I’d guess the liquids are identical - I can’t see them making two preps of what is essentially a bulk product.

The differences in spray volume might also provide a decent introduction to the sort of calculations newbies need to get to grips with.

For the putatives/experimones whatever dosage it is labeled is what it has been metered to. So if its 12.5 mcgs per spray that is what you get. All Experimental test mixes are metered according to the 0.125 spray ratio.

The only time when things are different is with to gos of the instant line. Any to go you receive or any time you fill a to go with liquid from a 30 mL of the instant line it is being cut down because the dosage of the pheromones administered is limited purely by the spray which is spraying .025 mLs less than the full sprayer

Yeah it does throw off sweet spot testing but all a person has to do is take that 83% and multiply it by how many sprays they find optimum and round the number off in order to discern how many sprays from a full 30 mL bottle which uses the 0.150 sprayer.

Like for example people on LS complain about chikara being 60 dollars for only a 15 mL. The volume of chikara only tells half the story though. The sprayer on the chikara bottle is only a 0.100 which is a even smaller spray than the to go at AD. My sweet spot for C7 is like 1-2 sprays and with the smaller sprayer in mind it lasts pretty much just as long as a consumer line bottle for me with a 150 vs 200 spray head-to-head.

6 things that are the most remarkable when you buy ANY pheromone product. Volume of liquid, Viscosity of the liquid (high DPG or high alcohol or higher alcohol with a hefty amount of DPG. Medium of which holds the pheromone product (is of much importantance diffusion and duration wise and proximity of phero cloud), size of the sprayer if it isn’t a roll on/ metered drop oil product, the actual mcg content of pheromones in the product, and the amount of molcules that make up the product (products can be cheapened by heavily loading the product with cheaper molecules which in my perception are Androsterone/ Beta Androstenol as the market price I’ve seen is quite a bit cheaper with Alpha nol and Androstenone being the more expensive.

My whole query with the differences in 5ml and 30ml dosages. Why not make it all standard lets say instead of 12.5 mcg/spray and 10mcg/spray. How does that help in dosing if you want a 30ml of a product. That’s where my question came from, could it be they are dosing correctly, but accounting for the spray differences. Could it be that if you put it into a 30ml and composite (I know that’s not how ExperiMones were designed) the actual mcg would come out to how you would expect it labeled on a bottle as opposed to the 83% rule for the togo dosage.

From what I’ve read before I dunno if it was Tisha or Steve but umm It would take more time and money to make a separate formulary for the to gos as to go’s in general, when it comes to the consumer line are “samples” of sorts and most people even with the smallest financial wit would understand its counterproductive to buy a to go vs a full bottle as the price difference becomes staggering with regular use over the year.

The dosing was made for the full bottle. I like that its that way because in a way it takes the edge off dosing with TUTH or IJ when I take it from the full bottle and put it in the to go because instead of having 2 sprays of TUTH I have something nearer to 1.5 sprays (1.66 sprays to be more exact)

I have a hard time totally comprehending what your saying but what I’m seeing is the whole conversion factor. If you use contents from a to go and put it in a full bottle your are increasing the dosage per spray because the sprayer is spraying more liquid (with the exception of weak sprays) If you’re taking the full bottle and putting it into a to go you are decreasing the dosage because ultimately the thing that makes the HUGE difference is the 8 sprays of a to go vs the 6.667 sprays of full bottle.

It doesnt seem like a big difference but if you were to buy a 150 mcg/spray for a full bottle that equals a full mg (1.00 or 1000 mcgs) per mL but with the highest dosage that AD offers to go wise being 112.5 mcg/spray for a molecule that equals 0.900 (or 900 mcgs). The difference is amazing because the to go is spraying 37.5 less mcgs a spray but the full mL is only 100 mcgs less in concentration compared to the 150 mcg/ spray counterpart.

I see what your saying about standardizing it but it would take AD more resources to have a separate to go portion and full bottle portion. Nbully’s calculator takes care of the sprayer/concentration confusion as long as you put in the numbers correctly. This is the absolute reason why when I do the math by myself that I dont take the metered spray dosage into account. Only the full concentration of a single milliliter is gonna matter to me because that information will not alter/change no matter what bottle/atomizer i put it in. I try not to be too OCD about dosing because its awful hard to be exact to every little nanogram and/or microgram.
