I remember hearing years ago about an amazing material called Aerogel. It was super light and had remarkable properties. I wonder if this is a further development of that material. Amazing. Yes, I don’t think any government on Earth can possibly possess the knowhow to come up with this at all. The technology could have been produced by a civilization extranious to our own. Perhaps the “Greys” or the “Tall Whites”. But on the subject of non-human civilizations, I also believe they only say they are from other star systems, when really there is something entirely different going on.
But yes, it’s definately a remarkable material. I hope it is used for good.
