Hello! My name is Jesse, I’m from New Orleans, Louisiana originally, but I’m enrolled at a college in Illinois currently. I’m a 19 year old guy. My interest in pheromones began when I heard about them in various movies and other forms of media. I was very skeptical, about their effectiveness, but after looking on this forum, I’ve decided to give them a try. Additionally, I have a friend who has vouched for the effectiveness of pheromones.
I recently broke up with a long-time girlfriend, and I’m struggling to get back in the market since it’s been such a duration of time. I’m so used to communicating with the same girl and having pretty much guaranteed sex that I’m quite shy with other girls. I’m hoping that pheromones might give me a psychological edge and the confidence to approach girls more easily. Recently, I’ve been stuck in the friend zone, and I’m hoping that these pheromones will help me break out of this purgatory.
Right now, I think I’m going to go with the basic Ammunition spray because that seems most versatile/ basic. If anyone else has differing opinions about what my first purchase should be or any other advice about pheromones, I’m open to suggestions. Thanks!

yeah, Ammo seems like a sensible option as a first pheromone product. It is very well balanced, has molecules signalling high status (androsterone), masculine sexiness (androstenone) and comfort/approachability (androstenol). At your young age though, that balance may be thrown off a little bit, as you probably produce a lot of your own androstenone. What’s worse, that’s the molecule that girls your age are not particularly responsive to. Could be a good idea to buffer it a bit with something of a lighter vibe, maybe Instant Shine or Instant Openness? Or try to get the Summer Edition of Ammo if it’s still available. I haven’t tried it, but it has been reported to be more buffered and better suited for younger guys’ social life.
Also, I strongly suggest that you read the sticky threads here in the “Introductions” as well as in Men’s and Women’s sections of the forum. It’s a lot to read, but it’s really worth it, as from the very start you’ll have a good idea what and how to use, how to apply, what to expect, how to recognize whether it’s happening etc… That means you won’t waste your money using products in a wrong way.
