Recently purchased TUTH and had meant to post some findings here on the sight. Hopefully someone can provide some more insight into this.
I tried TUTH with two sprays to the chest one Saturday a few weekends ago to see if it would have any effect on my GF. Immediately she mentioned that she smelt something burning…like plastic. At that time I didn’t think it had anything to do with me, but later in the evening revealed that she was indeed something this unpleasant odour from yours truly (though I couldn’t for the life of me smell anything bad).
The only thing different was I was wearing TUTH…and it was obviously having a negative affect smellwise on my GF.
Anyways, so I scrubbed the stuff off in the shower as it was really affecting her.
Next day…we ended up fooling around 3 times which hasn’t happened in a long time. Each time she inititated, not me.
Is this just coincidence or an affect from using TUTH? I’m very curious. I’d love to try it again, however, she obviously does not like the smell so I don’t want to offend her with it.
Wondering if I mix it with cologne if that would help.
It could have been residual -none left over from the sprays… that phero is particularly sticky and tends to stay with ya for awhile. If you really wanna get rid of it, it’s best to use some witch hazel and scrub with a cotton ball.
As for having a cover scent, i highly recommend it. However, i’ve found it best to not mix the cologne and phero’s, but instead to spray the pheros, wait 10-15 min, then spray the cover on top. That way you always know the phero content on you, as well as get the cologne scent.
Androstenone has almost a burnt rubber smell to it, so the burning plastic smell was probably it. I agree that you should try Ammo, or maybe 1/2 spray of TUTH and work up to a sweet spot. Age and ethnicity also play a part, both for you and your GF. Care to share those details? We can better advise you knowing those.
Androstenone has a very unpleasant burning rubber or chemical waste smell. You can’t wash it off with soap. You need something that will actually break down the chemical bonds, like H2O2. After some time it will break down naturally from the bacteria on your body and it will wear off over time. Some women find Androstenone sexually stimulating, notably during the middle of their cycle. But it can also be quite an irritant, especially nearer the end of the cycle, and in too high a quantity. Older women are reported to tolerate more better. Personally I find the stuff extremely irritating almost all the time and at any quantity.

I will probably buy some Ammo to try out, but it seems a shame to waste this stuff. I will try a much lower dosage and mask with something, hopefully it works out.
Androstenone is a tricky little bugger in that some people can’t smell it at all, while others can smell it a mile away. That’s why it’s always good to start light and work your way up. Ammo has the same amount of androstenone per spray as TUTH, if I recall correctly, but it’s buffered with social pheromones to take the effectual edge off the -none. I say “effectual” because it doesn’t necessarily cover up the smell beyond what the added fragrance in Ammo does. I’m not sure if the current commercial Ammo release now has the Game fragrance, but I noticed that with the original neroli-based one that once the fragrance wore off about 5-6 hours after application, there was a distinct -none residual smell.
Something else you might want to consider is the Putative P83. It’s reported to have a sexual kick similar to androstenone, but without the aggressive side effects. Since your problem seems to be with the smell, I’ll add that I can’t recall any pheromoney type smell with it, so it might be an option.
I’d like to point out that androstenone has at least three different scents associated with it… the most frequent is “cat piss”. If she’s abreacting to the smell, just cover with cologne.
You can do, however, it will mess up the ratios in the mix and, if you tip a liitle too much in, ruin an entire bottle of cologne.
Better to spray it, then either let it dry down or straight away cover with your cologne, try both ways and see which works best for you. That’s why I love ammo, it smells great anyway (diamond ducks fearing a flurry of negative replies!)
