Umm basically I got my haircut a few weeks ago from really long and shaggy to really clean and short and I got a lot of positive feedback from my girlfriends, and there is this girl I have been trying to get with so I have been trying to wear turn up the heat around her and I am pretty sure she likes me but its hard for me to tell if the pheros really are working. I have gotten compliments on the smell from her however. I am going to keep wearing them and see if I can get some awesome results.
In some cases it’s capable of making girls wet. It would be fair to say the compliments are an indicator of it having some effect. You could be creating some inner sexual tension for her.
Can this be worn as a stand-alone and could it be accompanied with a different non-phero cologne?
What does TUTH smell like? Funky androstenone with a dab of EO?
I can’t smell androstenone, so all I am smelling are the EOs. It is somewhat like Gucci Envy but spicier. I can smell a dominant Clove note too.
You could mix this with other colognes just make sure they mix well first. I don’t think it would mix well with just any cologne.
Doesn’t sound like Turn Up The Heat will go with most colognes I like–fresh citrus scents like Weekend–or work as a supplement to Ammo. Two strong but different cologne scents make for a graveyard effect. I’ve been using NPA to spice up Ammo for afterhours. The cool cat piss scent blends well with almost any cologne.
Hard to describe how it smells - not like NPA - but whatever “scent” they have it mixed with does not seem to cover as easily as NPA. Even after covering with Ammo or a cologne I always seem to get a whiff of TUTH through it - at least until it really dries down (or my nose gets tired). I have used NPA more than Turn Up The Heat - so it is hard to say yet how they compare in effectivenesss - although I would venture that (NPA vs. TUTH) could very dependent on the individual and the environment/situation.
I’ve only tested TUTH a couple of times mostly to see what I though of it scent-wise and not in a “pheromone testing” way.
My initial reactions are that it has a pretty strong “spicy” scent that stands out by itself. I’d be tempted to use it as a stand-alone (or with other non-scented or lightly scented products). To me it is too noticable to just “slip in” unnanounced so to speak (sorta like Ammunition).
My own thoughts at this time are that if I want any Androstenone “benefits” I would probably go with straight light neroli Experimone (or a chem set product) along with a decent cover (either a cologne or Ammo). I’m not sure TUTH is something I will find useful due to the potential scent clashes. And I can’t think of too many intstances where I would want to just wear a -none heavy product without the balance of some other pheromones as “moderators.” About the only reactions I’ve ever noticed while wearing a heavy Androstenone product (eg Primal Instinct) have been neagative “defensive curl up in a ball” type things. Certainly no “hot and bothered I want to jump you now” sorts of reactions.
