tuth/ammo versus testosterone enhancers -similair effects?

okay so when im on Ammo or TUH, it makes me feel similar to taking testoreone supplements like Tribulus. The agression, confidence, shor temper, alphaness, - “not taking crap” attitude.

so tribulus has side effects such as raised blood pressure, how about nones? anything taht can make u feel like that, must have a downside…

one other thing ive noticed, is that u can be in complete control of the seduction thgh. the self-assurance that Ammo etc. provides, but still get the complete ghost effect and hostile response. this happened last night with a girl whose normally very friendly, but completely froze me out all night , is hate too strong a word? when it backfires, like just 1 spray of Ammo to OD , boy does it back fire.

so my question is:

“will a good friend, exposed to an Ammo OD, a girl who suddenly became completely hostile, revert back to friendly behaviours post none exposure, ie. next time u c her?”…in this sense none OD’s can be dangerous and have the potential to ruin friendships. Im abit over -none, too hit and miss.

I dont think it was a OD. Maybe something else was wrong with her. She could be PMSing or just simply in a crappy mood. Dosnt mean its because of you. I rarely am in a bad mood and when I do get in one people always think they are responsible. There not, but they are just not used to seeing me in a bad mood.

Remember mones are subtle they are not going to make people do things that is totally against there nature. This means they wont knock you down and have there way with you and they wont suddenly decide they hate your guts either.

As far as I know (and I could be wrong) None dosnt make your testoreone go up. Cops do that but I never read any reports about it with any other mone. I know my blood pressure has remained the same when using mones but I dont use alot of none products. Maybe one of the guys will know about that.

I am somewhat skeptical of tribulus. I have been taking it for several weeks now… hoping for an improvement in my workout. I have had none.

Creatine on the other hand is like a miracle.

Astrocloud,
I don’t know if testosterone is the best way to build strength, it may be a good way to get more muscle, but not strength. Here’s my reason why:

I am asian, and being asian, I have lower testoserone levels, yes? I am 5’8", 130 lbs. Whenever I get into an arm-wrestling match or just get into a friendly fight with someone or one of my larger friends (damn near 7’), they always end up telling me that I am a beast because I am picking them up or twisting their arms behind their backs, tripping them, or pushing them back. BTW, I bench damn near 200lbs.

Just think of Jackie Chan or Jet Li.

Okay,

I’m talking about my workout and that I have little to no effects from tribolus. I guess is that tribulus has seemingly no effect on my testosterone levels.

Allegedly, higher testosterone means that it’s easier to develop muscles than low testosterone. I am saying that tribulus doesn’t seem to do anything with this regard (for me).

This has nothing to do with martial arts performance because martial arts is somewhat like chess -think Royce Gracie.

I’m just trying to say that if you want more strength, more testosterone is prolly not the best way to go.

When I first started taking tribulus, I noticed a good improvement but the effects of it seemed to have worn off, as if my body has gotten used to it or developed a tolerence for it.

I get greatest benefit from using creatine and alot of magnesium.
Much the same as changazn, I only weigh 60kg (132lbs) but can bench 90kg (198lbs). ExceptI believe I have high testosterone.

If you wanna make gym more interesting, spray on abit of Turn Up The Heat before you go

One could say that using illegal steroids which are harmful to your liver and kidneys are not the best way to go. Steroids most always boost the body’s Testosterone. Barry Bonds for example was recently accused of using an illegal steroid called “the clear” or THG (Tetrahydrogestrinone) which entered the body as drops under the tounge and boosted muscle mass. (see: washingtonpost.com: ‘This Is Very Clever Chemistry’)

If testosterone didn’t work… then there really wouldn’t be any need for Olympic agencies to ban it and pro atheletes and world record holders wouldn’t be using it.

But I am not talking about illegal steroids.

What I am talking about here are “Reputed” effects of Tribulus -which supposedly induce the body to create more testosterone naturally. This would be great if the effects were anything like what is “suggested” by the guys at the vitamin shoppe.

(I am not the only one skeptical see: Tribulus Terrestris - Supplements)

I hope I am clear now.

Hell yes!

Did we have a misunderstanding?
I was just saying that higher testosterone levels aren’t exactly best for strength building. Find a way of having higher muscle density instead.

It’s a thing to have more testosterone beeing created in your body but if you have too much SHBD (sex hormone-binding globulin), then the testosterone is wasted.

You should find a way to naturally increase the availability of your testosterone. There are plenty of natural products for that.

That could be an alternative.

But you must already know about that anyway.

Perhaps you can use ZMA supplements instead?

Higher levels of testosterone should cause higher levels of testosterone breakdown products like none.

However, testosterone also has many other effects in the body, so one might experience unpleasant side effects. Applying the breakdown product directly should avoid the side effects due to testosterone effects.

Side effects such as hair loss, which we guy wouldn’t like to have
