What other products do you have? Ammo? if you don’t od on ammo very easily, there is less chance that you od on turn up the heat too. But if 1 spray ammo is too much, don’t get turn up the heat 
If you have instant openness or instant shine, you can apply with turn up the heat to make it more balance
Know that having sex at the top of your priority list is not going to get you anywhere. Get more social products like IO and IH and some IFM and IShine is usually a must

I suggest you start with 1-2 sprays for now.
First of all dont use it in you hair. the main ingredient in Turn Up The Heat (Androstenone) is hard to wash off..
Use it as cologne but dont go more then 4 sprays.
after every usage take a bath or wash it. dont reapply. Androstenone builds up and you can get negative reactions(OD).
I use TUTH to get my girl friend horny (spray the bedroom)
or in my mixes where i put from 1 to 4 sprays under the clothing.
This may sound weird but i use it
1x at the chest
1x at each sholder
and if i need more -none i add one more to the neck.
and its best not to use Turn Up The Heat alone… mix it up with IS or instant openness to lighten up the bad effect of Androstenone
Hey Idle, if im going to spray IG with tuth I should buffer the tuth with IS?
I was thinking 3 sprays IG neck and chest; 1 spray tuth on wrist and buffer with 2x IS on wrist.
Meeting with ex for a drink. I dont want to scare her or make her “quiet” from tuth.
From personal experience, that is a killer combination for getting a woman to be relaxed and open yet still attracted. A lot of guys have good luck putting the TUTH to the chest area instead of the wrists.
