Using Instant Shine against depression, and the crash when it wears off

Buying a large bottle of Instant Shine, was a very happy moment for me. Not only from the pheromone itself, but here is my pick me up. Something that can make me happy, despite circumstances. I used it for everything, a pick me up, to get over something, remembering good times, and I used it to attempt a fight against depression.

The sad fact is; that all good things come with a price, and this bottle is no exception. As the days grow longer, I find myself carrying the bottle with me in case the initial dosage wears off. The days, hours, minutes, seconds grind to a halt as the spray’s effect dissipates into that familiar downwards spiral. To get through I reach for another spray, but when was it this bad, this often?

I have absolutely no evidence to support that the Ishine caused these feelings, or pattern. All I can say is like with anything, moderation is key. I havt used Ishine in a few weeks now. I think it’s time for a pick me up.. tomorrow is going to suck.

Certain foods can have a similar psychological effect as well.

Consider (work with your doctors advice obviously) supplements high in Passion Flower, Ginseng, Lavender, Kola Nut, Ginger, Eleuthero, Gotu Kola, Ginkgo Biloba.

Most “ginkgo biloba complex” supplements have many of these flowers/herbs.

Best of luck my friend!
