Hey guys. Male, 21, living in Canada here.
Where can I even begin. I have had no luck with women my whole life, never managed to even get a date. I suppose my biggest problem is confidence, since I can’t exactly call myself ugly. I’m just an average looking guy, with seemingly no luck.
There is someone I’ve been interested in for some time, but have been unable to catch their interest, which lead me to go for help to all kinds of sources. So here I am.
I realize this may not be a magic solution, but I’m willing to try, as I have no previous experience with pheromones.
To make it clear, I am not exactly a very outgoing, clubbing kind of person. My interests lie in getting the attention of one specific girl. For now, at least.
So one question about pheromones, how exactly do they affect the woman’s perception of a man who wears these scents? I have read that this is supposed to be some magic lady magnet, but I will not hide that I am extremely skeptical, and do not have high hopes.

Glad you have a reasonable concept on what mones may do for you. You have your self effects and the effects on others. In self effects, I can see IG and IShine will give you a boost in confidence. I feel a confident stride in me with either one of these, and compounded when I wear them in combination. I’m a bit older than you… gawd… almost 2 of you’s… , and can handle the higher None concentration of TUTH, and I wouldn’t suggest it for your one target gal. In what age range is she?
In the effects on those around you, IG gives me a leader of the pack, look to him for direction, type of vibe. The IShine gets me a youthful vigor, with a content to be around you vibe.
You can use the mones to enhance YOU. You will need to show with your attitude and actions that the mones aren’t lying. It is YOU who is wafting this confidence!
Well, for starters - Pheros are not magic and do not believe any site that claims that! This is one of the key signs of the disreputable sellers out there.
Instead, pheros work in conjunction with your own body chemistry, personality and manner/physical presentation to help give an impression but after helping you get that attention, it is still up to you to make it count.
Saying that, pheros do help a lot - Some say 90% you - 10% pheros but IME in some situations it can be a bit more.
So you will need to work on your shyness and lack of confidence apace - Your thread title suggests to me that you have a fair way to go? FWIW, I came to pheros after a long long climb back from rock bottom after the end of an LTR and IMO they were the catalyst that helped every other aspect of my improvements fall into place and work reliably and effectively.
Ammo and IS are maybe the best two for you to consider for starters.

The none in Ammo can also help give you a bit of a confidence boost yourself but it is better to work on your inner aspect rather than rely on pheros as effects can be variable.
Instant Shine is probably the most all round phero that AD sell - Happy/feelgood and socially confident. This puts people around you in a good mood and sometimes has similar effects on you too and makes for a great “centre of attention” feel. IS also combines very well with Ammo for one of the best attraction mixes there is.
The lady in question is 18. Not an easy age to work with haha. But strangely enough I always did tend to be attracted to the difficult ones
A little while ago I climbed out of several months of severe depression. Sparing you the details, it also had to do with a woman. Little did I expect to have my mind occupied with another person so soon. This time I do not wish to make past mistakes again, as I already know what that will result in, and want to just go for it and see what happens. That is the kind of boost I’m looking for. I want to be able to get in there, say what I need to say with confidence and no regrets, and whatever the result may be, I’ll know that I tried.

EDIT: It occurred to me that perhaps describing some more of my physical/personality traits may help in some way. I am pretty tall, 6’-6". I am not quite sure since this is good or bad, since it never really got me much attention from women, other than the obligatory “do you play basketball?” question. Brown hair, brown eyes, European. Reasonably successful in academics. Not a party animal, not a clubber, but do enjoy spending time among small groups of friends. Average body build, a bit on the skinny side I guess, hitting the gym to work on that. Yes - Ammo, IG and the socials are your best bet here. The more sexually overt and highest status products like TUTH, IJ or A314 can be a bit much for a younger girl, especially if you are well built and quiet - They can make you appear more aggressive or even creepy, standoffish/too good and more difficult to talk to. Something that will help her open-up and engage with you is far better. So have a look at IO and IH too.

Do not underestimate the effectiveness of socials when it comes to triggering the all-round feelings that help attraction in a younger woman.
And this time, take care of yourself - I know all too well how a woman can leave you in the emotional pits and how long and hard it can be to climb out of that. Don’t get too deep too fast.
