But yes, Ammo/IS is a one of the best starting points and has served many well.
TBH, the best combination is the one that suits you best, not anyone else. 
Ive also seen two ammo and one turn up the heat (just got to be careful of that one) im looking for more of a guidelines, a starter point, for each combination, yes I have looked threw the forums, thats where I got both of these from, I just figure if people were looking for a starter reference on what two or three combos that has had the most success, then people can go from there and fine tune it for there selves
What works best for one person does not neccessarily work for another.
You might get a good start by reading some of the more popular journals. That way you get into the details and circumstances. Mind you, that many of the journals are by the most experienced users. So take notice from them. But don’t forget to experiment on your own - we all have, and that is why have such a myriad of data available.

Look around in the men’s journal and you’ll find great mix suggestions .
TUTH +TAC in 1:2 proportions for sex.
A314b spray +Instant Gentleman, 1spray each for attraction and fallout with repeat exposures.
MX353, 3 sprays +7,5 mcg P96 for one night stands.
Those have been my most consistent combos.
We could be reading the journals for the whole month sussing out combinations. Truly, there are a dozen or at least a half dozen good base combinations to try. Anyways, I am trying the a314, IS one now.
That’s the whole point of journals. Nobody is going to do all the search work for you , it requires time and effort. Think of the effort made by people who are writing journals on a regular basis, this sure requires time and dedication, but in the end, it’s well worth it.
I always give the same advice to newbies. Start with the basics, test each product solo first, find your own sweet spot for each, get acquainted with the effects those products have on you and on the others, and then move on to basic two commercial-line products mixes. Attempting to skip straight to multi-components symphonic mixes or advanced molecules is a common beginner’s pitfall. That’s just my opinion.
Yup - the best thing you can do to get started is a lot of reading and some basic testing of products to see how each works for you.
Once that legwork is done, you will find it much easier to use and evaluate the effects of a much wider range of pheros.
I agree with everyone on here, it’s best to test each product on its own until you get a feel of the effects on you and on others around you as it depends per person. Maybe tell us which products you currently own and in what kind of situations you will be using the products. Ethyl alcohol in your target female and anything with androstenone on you (TUTH and NPA are my favorites.)
As to the alcohol, champagne, lambrucso, and cosmos seem particular effective.

A314 2 drops/2 sprays IS/5 MCG P74
2 sprays Ammo/ 5 MCG TAC/ 5 MCG P74
Sexual
2 sprays TUTH/20 MCG TAC/30 MCG P96/ 2-3 drops 25% Hedione EO mix
Have you guys try these “combos” in your front hole and back hole? I have heard that where it works the most due to a lot of heat being generated from these areas. It’s also a best spot to test for drawing women in your presence all hot and ready to drop down.

mabye I should of clarified it a lil bit better
which ones are more social (like IO, IS, CTTM) and which ones are more sexual( ammo, tuth)
also which ones buffer each other the best
