can someone explain the whole rep points/power thing to me? it say I have 13 what does that mean & how does the whole thing work???
when you post something that is real helpful to others,or
you write something that someone else resonates with, is uplifting, or just freaking funny, people may give you rep points.
if you click on the rep point number under anyones avatar, a box appears.
i will give you the opportunity to choose whether or not you aprove or disaprove of anyones post.
this gives them the points you see rising.
go to your user CP
this is where you will see who gave you points (or negatively repped you 
)
scroll down and you will see a window that tells you
A. which post they were refering to
B. a comment to that post
C. hopefully they remembered to sign their name
hopefully i was clear, i forget to type what i think sometimes lol
To add to what Lor said, the rep power is based on how long youāve been here and how many posts youāve made. Your rep power determines how many points you give someone when you rep them.
If you please Ms. Lor, she can give you 8 points at a go.

Iām an ESFJ. I have moved Oh so much closer to being an ESFP as I age. More fluid.
Rep points: I keep wanting to give the same ladies rep and it tells me I must spread the joy. Well! I havenāt read and loved the other posts yet or I would, rweely twoolly!

i didnt know one grouping was better than another.
i didnt give this all that much thought but its sounding more interesting!
There are plenty of threads to read, and I read only the ones which interest me. and then, surprise, often the same members are at the same threads where I am time and again. Hence, my wanting to give rep points for a fabulous point to the SAME woman, AGAIN! lol!
