i received my "A314 this week and my “turn up the heat” should be here shortly. this is my first time using pheromones and i’m 46 years old. how much of each should i start off with and do these products last all day or should i apply morning and evening? do they have an effect on older women??
Hey welcome - can’t speak for the A314 but as far as TUTH goes, start with 1 spray. I am 37 and can use 2 sprays with no problems. Test with 1 later go with 2 sprays if necessary. Good luck!!
Start out with 1 drop of a314 then dose up to 4 drops throught a couple hours to see how people around you respond.
As for TUTH, you can probably pull off 3 sprays to start with (in the right situations mind you).
So when you want to spice things up a bit at the end of a date, or you are going out to a bar, 3 sprays would be a good bet.
