They are training a new client service rep this week. She is doing great from what I hear. She can help with Client service issues only at this time. Her name is ashley.
Pheromone questions you need to ask here as she can not yet anwser those. Sometimes you can get though to steveO but the reason for the rep is so he can do the job he was hired for.

As she gets used to everything this will make it easier to get through its just gonna take a bit to train her. I am sure we will all love her.
You can also look up questions in the new knowledgebase/ ticket system. This will be enlarging as FAQ come up. The link is in my signature below.
The hours for calling are still the same as far as I know 9AM to 3PM CST
