I’ve hired an assistant and have been training her to help serve the community. She will be answering tickets, phones and such.
She is pretty freaking cool so much respect to her as she learns. I’ll still be here and this will actually free me up to post on the forum and do what I do best.

Is she on the forums yet? Whats going on man!
Her name is Ashley and she will be handling most of the email questions, phone calls about client services and stuff like that. There will be a phone tree set up 1 for Client support (Ashley) 2 for pheromone help and sales (Me).
I just started training her today so she is still a bit away from the forum but I know everyone is going to just adore her. She is just the sweetest person and is charming.
I really can’t wait to get her going full swing so I can be on the forums and post more. It will also give me time to do the thing I was hired to do, which won’t be disclosed just yet, but it does have to do with Ammo and the big release.
Just so you guys know we are still moving full speed ahead with the Ammo project. Even though it might seem like things are normal, HUGE things are happening in the background. Personally I’m excited to be a part of it.

Well I can report that Ashley is progressing well today. So far she has issued the daily GC’s for our newest friends that joined the community.
She has even sent out her first response to a ticket changing a shipping address.
It seems commonplace to me since I’ve created the system, but it’s a LOT of work and I for one am glad she is going to be taking my CS workload.
See already I have time now to start posting again

I have a quick request .Could maybe someone check into the possibility of better “To Go” bottles? When I received my last order all my bottles where half empty. I’m sure the US mail is tough on these fragile plastic bottles and caps. It would be very benficial to everyone, I believe to take another look at the packageing! Esp. the bottle tops! When I took out my products, the wrapping paper was soaked with my pheros. I don’t mind spending money on a good product (which yours definately is!) but, I would like to get what I pay for, which is a full bottle of product. Thank you for your time and listening to this, one “gripe” of mine. Dolores
