just received my first order ( ammo, instant openness, turn up the heat, instant female magic ).
What kind of mix you recommand for a newbie user. Which product mix well with other??? thanks a lot!! 
Mixes are generally not recommended for newbies. The reason is if you get hits you won’t know what caused what and won’t be able to replicate those situations in the future.
But life is short and if you are not serious about knowing how to make pheromones really work for you but just want to get a feel for it then you can try:
- Ammo + IO
- Ammo + IFM
- TUTH + IO
- TUTH + IFM
- Ammo + IO + IFM
- TUTH + IO + IFM
The ratios are up in the air until you start experimenting with them and know what works best for you.
As a general rule be conservative with amounts of Ammo and TUTH (1-2 sprays as a starting point) but you can go crazy with IO (1-5 sprays) and IFM (1-5 sprays, especially if you are around females all the time but go lower if you are surrounded by males).
Everybody has different brews for specific situations and goals. For work–my most important pheromone use–I rotate between several mixes to enhance my professional image and communication. I have atomizers premixed with various ratios of androstenol, androsterone, androstenone and cologne. Thus I can spray and run all in one easy step. If I’ll be working with an attractive woman, I use a little heavier androstenone ratio, maybe add a wee bit of A-1. For meetings and class I go heavier on androstenol and androsterone. Sometimes I just wear A314 and a extra zap of androstenol for added friendliness. I rotate these mixes with all-in-one commercial mixes like Ammo and PheroProof (RIP). Why do I rotate mixes? Because people you work with everyday get used to your phero signature quickly. By rotating you keep them paying attention without resorting to handstands, dirty jokes or flashing.
It took me years to figure out what works for me in professional, social and romantic realms. Of course there is plenty of overlap, but you get the best results by tailoring your mixes to the situation.
For a noob, the best bet is to start with low doses of one product. Use it in your chosen environment, note reactions and tweak dose for optimal results. It takes at least a couple weeks of testing to confirm a pattern of results. A one time trial is a waste of time. After you get a handle on a product, move on to the next and repeat your tests. I’d start with Ammo as it’s an easy to use general purpose all-in-one and has less chance of OD than Turn Up The Heat. If you’re really young–teens or early 20s–you may even OD on Ammo. In that case, you have plenty of natural androstenone may only need social enhancement. Instant Honesty or IO may be the ticket.
If you’re older–middle age–you may be suffering from androstenone deficiency and will find both Turn Up The Heat and Ammo extremely useful. Unlike a young buck, you can probably go through a lot and reap ever increasing results.
