I’ve been trying to get this girl to talk to me, and she just wont talk. I have instant shine and turn up the heat, and ammo, what else do i need?
Instant Openness and Instant Honesty may help but it really is gonna depend on the reason she wont talk to you. If she is shy or nervous IO and IH will get her past that.
Just keep in mind they wont override her free will. If she really has a reason she dosnt want to talk to you she wont even if the pheromones are effecting her.

Have your worn turn up the heat and or ammo around her already? What amounts? You might be wearing too much androstenone.
Tisha is dead on suggesting more social products, if you’re too intimidating either would be great to ease in to conversation.

That doesn’t seem like it would be too much. 
I would wait until a few of the guys reply before deciding on A314. While it would be a good product to gain respect and in a work environment it might make you even less approachable socially. If she is already having a problem talking with you it might make things more difficult.

Probably not a matter that can be solved with pheromones. Your subject mainly responds to you, i.e., your persona, social skills, appearance, social status, past history with target, etc. These traits make or break a deal. All pheromones can do is enhance or amp up your raw materials. Like sweet Tisha said, it won’t warp reality or circumvent freewill. If she’s just not into you, a liter of CTTM won’t make her tongue wag one iota than without said pheromones.
Well she gives me a hugh everyday i see her, but she just tends to talk to everyone around me.

One like gegogi mentioned she may not be into you, she could just be being polite when she says hello everyday.
OR…
You may make her nervous or intimidate her a bit. Sometimes when a girl likes a guy she gets more nervous around him then her other peers especially the tall handsome ones, so she will clam up.
A314 will only up your intimidation so I wouldnt go in that direction unless you think she is delibratly disrespecting you.
Your not really wearing to much of the Androstenone products so I dont think they are repelling her.
If you get the Instant Openness and Instant Honesty try something like…
1 spray of ammo
2 Instant Shine
3 sprays of IO or IH.
Apply the ammo first let it dry down a bit then layer with the socials so she gets those molecules more predominantly.
Lets get her talking before you use the Turn Up The Heat.

As usual Tisha and Gegogi have provided some great insight, but I’ll throw in my 2 cents worth anyway.
Do you try initiating conversations with her, or are you wanting her to startup the conversation? If you have not at least tried to get a conversation going with her, you can’t really expect her to be the one to initiate it.
You haven’t given us a lot of information, but from the little that you did say, and that she hugs you but talks to other people, I get the impression that there may be something there. Does she hug them too, or just talk to them? Sounds to me like she might be at least a little into you, but she’s not sure about how you feel and is a little unsure of how to act around you.
Take a chance and tell her that she seems interesting and you’d like to get to know her, and invite her out for coffee. If she accepts you can be pretty sure that she’s going to talk to you, and that the previous behavior could have been due to her unsurety. If she doesn’t accept, you’ve lost nothing anyway.
