On the 13th of January I’ll be going for an interview for a supervisor position for an offshore project for the end of commissioning and then deployment to offshore.
This is the first time I’ve interviewed for a lead role and was wondering if anyone has any opinions on a mix of moans that seemed right? The interviews are two blokes and a girl that’s a few years younger that me who I’ve been in contact with during the process.
I’m thinking A314 1.32A one neck, 1 chest with 2 drops between wrists.
Instant gentleman 2 sprays to neck. Ammo 2 sprays.
I understand the A314 might seem a little high but with the price of oil dropping and the project been behind schedule I want them to know I’m more than serious about the job. Then I thought the IG would take a possible edge off and the Ammo as I’ve head good things about a boost from it with 314?
Any info or help would be great.

I don’t know if anyone agree with me but my personal opinion is that there is too much A314. screams OD.. but.. you are older than me so you can handle more. I would go with max. 3 spray/drops of A314 and 1-2 spray IG.. i don’t know about ammo, but if you want to use it i would take one IG spray off..

Yes, it is a fair bit of A314 but my experience of senior oil-biz people - and I deal with them a lot at work is that a pronounced A314 signature is exactly what they like!
I’m often in the 4-drop range for oil and I have done 2-drops plus 1 spray of /a for impact to good effect. Although overall, I would say the higher dose of oil is the better one. I maily keep the sprays for when I’m caught on the-hop and need to punch-up my sig in a hurry.
I’d also suggest OP leaves out the IG altogether. You have ten years on the OP - and apart from extra Rone, all the IG will do is steer the IG in a more youthful direction. At 32, the OP won’t be needing that - in fact his panel will be looking for someone with a very steady and very cool hand to see the project through, on time, on budget, safely and in full control of his people. You won’t be needing smart playfulness for that!
I agree with Miss D - IH might well be a superb adjunct to the A314 as it helps deepen the trust/confidence aspect of the mix - 2-4 sprays would be my suggestion, depending on final A314 dose. In fact if the OP had any P74, the IH/P74 combination sends all the right professional competence/engagement signals here too but if they stress teamwork, adding the IH/IS combo would satisfy instead. Although IME, for supervisory positions on the rigs the oil biz here tends to look for the “firm but fair” kind of person, so projecting a streak of well-controlled cuntishness is usually good. On a side note, I’ve always found A314/IJ to go down well with drilling-floor guys but I wouldn’t advise it for their bosses!
A single spray of Ammo for scent is viable but I wouldn’t go any higher - similarly, don’t put any pheros under clothing, you want them out where they can diffuse.
