I’ll give credit where it is due.
LS shop is good for purchase, shipping, etc., I had not one problem with them, order processing wise.
They carry lots of products from other manufacturers tho, good or bad it depends.
As a reseller for many products, I have to do my own research for each and every product, quality, contents, stability, consistency from one bottle to another, etc.
I never think twice/doubt a product that I buy from here, quality or consistancy wise.
I think you have the general drift right. However, that drift has been slowly changing. Love Scent’s newest product is Aquagen and I was involved with the beta testing and tweaking period last month (solid social product). Currently another product, identified simply as 101, 202, is being tweaked accordign to user feedback. They have a few other original products, most which escape me, although Chikara is the best known (I was involved with the beta tests as well).
I can say Love Scent customer service has been second to none. They’ll also faster than all the companies I’ve ordered from.
It’s true, LS is incredibly fast at filling orders, and very accommodating; if your order has a problem, they fix it pronto.
But Carrie you’re right about the forums. They had terrible problems with trolls, flamers and endless airhead post by teenagers, much of it demeaning to women (so women ran away). LS let it go on too long and then clamped down too hard, tossing baby out with bath water. I’ve seen similar problems with many once great forums so it can happen anywhere.
Indeed. That is why I am no longer there, Gegogi, but I think you and a couple of others had already worked that out.
Their Customer service is flawless, and goods arrive very fast, but the forums are a real shambles.

I have no qualms recommending both Love-Scent and Androtics/Smartmones to others. Both are top-notch in my book. They just have different products.
