Hi, we’ve been broken up for about a month now, and I am hoping to reconcile.
Anyways, we are going to dinner on this Friday evening.
I am hesitant about what to wear/where.
I usually spray 1X ammo to my wrist and rub it behind my neck
1X IO neck
1 drop of A314 on my wrist and cover the smell with AMMO
Also, I have IFM, but i haven’t tried it out yet… what’s the safe spray and where to spray?

Anything without -none i would do in the hair- your hair is one of the best places of diffusion. -None can be sticky however, and i generally use it on my neck or wrists.
I wouldnt use more than maybe 2 sprays at the back of your neck as it calms women down, but can depress men (something you don’t want to look like when trying to win back a girl). I would go without it for this particular occasion.

If she broke up with you - and you convinced her to hang out with you then she currently holds the balance of power. Enhancing comfort IS NOT what you want to do… you want to enhance your status so that when you hang out you put her off-balance. Breaking up with you has left her with an image of you as lower status - Appear highly sexual and high status and she will rethink her decision.
If you broke up with her then you want to pull out the comfort enhancing phero’s.
Stay with 1 drop A314 (unless you have IG, then go with 2 shots of that) and add 2 shots IFM + 2 Shots IO.
No ammo… you don’t want to oversexualize the encounter because that is what she is afraid you want… to pump and dump her.
