Your other thread is still under moderation and will probably appear soon. I will give more detailed advice once it come out of the pile.

For now Ammo and instant honesty are your best bet. Ammo will make u more attractive. Honesty will promote more better conversation with ur girlfriend.

Well I think Ammo and IO would be a good place to start for you. Keep in mind they have to-go bottles at a low cost so you can try some things out to see what works best for you. If you have any questions just let us know.
