From what I understand, Androtics seems to be struggling with resources, both material as well as personnel. They don’t seem to have a steady supply of raw materials and multiple trained staff who can make the complex MXs. So, when their main lab tech goes on vacation then entire business comes to a standstill as they can’t train a new staff quick enough to take over this complex task. Same thing with the raw materials. There isn’t a lot of demand for these esoteric pheromone molecules outside of the Androtics world plus there aren’t a lot of reliable suppliers for them, which creates a problem in maintaining a consistent supply.
Michael (chief formulator) is probably the only one that comes up with all the formulas and Jasmin probably takes care of all the business, marketing and expansion activities and I think they are all stretched pretty thin. Plus any plans to launch Ammo commerical must be taxing their already limited time and resources as well.
