Great thanks a lot Jasmin .. i will definately buy some SAM-e and try it out !
SAM-e looks really promising for me
I didn´t wanted to give the impression that coffee helps for neurotransmitter drain in long term.
Thanks hopelessly for digging into the forum and searching for the thread i remembered !
Coffee is a first aid for me if i feel that it´s going to catch me .. you know this weak and tired feeling combined with no motivation and everyting looking even worse.
Coffee works fine for me to fight the A1 crash if i get some …
what happened seldom recently ..
I know i´m very sensitive to A1 and so i suggest to every one starting low with for example 5mcg per day for a week and upp the dose to 10mcg for a week and so on..
I hope you guy´s did get the picture ..
Question for the guys who DO experience a crash/depression symptoms:
Have you ever suffered from depression of ‘bad mood’ before/earlier in life ? Or is this an entire new thing, only happening after being exposed to the a1 ? Do you characterize yourself as a ‘the glass is half empty’ kinda guy ?
Wouldn’t say I am unduly depressive but yes I certainly know what a bad/foul mood is - usually with good reason and I’ve long had my strategies for dealing with them.
Wearing A1 just now, massive hit within an hour - more later I hope!
But yes, another on my way home. A pretty young woman behind me just stood and smilingly gawped at me in the checkout queue. Whilst the assistant and rest of the queue looked-on nonplussed. I even had to look straight at her and say - “There you are miss, its your turn now!” (wish I’d noticed her earlier)
And I’m seeing the lady who I had my first big hit with for a coffee tonight.
Two 12.5mcg sprays, A1 in Chrome, one to each wrist and whatever was left active from the morning’s 2 drops of A314.
No depressive/down feelings at all but I washed as soon as I got home, so the A1 was only on me for about three hours.
I used to get the same IS crashes and my caffeine intake is off the charts since I work at Starbucks. LOL
However, I have noticed when I use a new mone, not all of them but a few have caused some aggravation in me and then throughout the day some onset of flu type symptoms. Fatigue, sore throat, achy body.
P83 and MX297 both caused aggravation, the other symptoms usually occured during phero bombing.
