Where to apply each Instant line pheromone: a newbie chart of common spots

Going through so many threads and being a noobie myself, I had a question once I received my pheros. Where do you put it on? Or where do you apply them? So I searched and searched and came up with the most noted spots below. This is pretty much for the noobie and sticking to the Instant line of things since that is what the new people usually stick to. I want any one to add to it and state better places. If there are more than one place for the phero to be applied, I tried to put it as the most application hits to the least. Maybe if we could get a chart going to make it a sticky to keep the noobies from having to search as much that would be great.

Application:
TUTH - wrist, chest

IFM – back of the head/neck
A314 – along neck (pulse areas), jaw line, behind ear, under nose for self-effect, forearms, (not in hair - however there are some that do)
Instant Shine – chest and sides of the neck
Instant openness -Wrist, forearms, chest, back of neck/head

Instant Honesty – inside of the elbows and forearms, wrist

AMMO – chest, especially upper towards the neck

i spray all round my neck… my hair… forearms and wrists. The only things i spray on my chest is ammo and TUTH - and thats to slow down the difusion since it’s behind my shirt…

There really aren’t any hard and fast rules as to where to apply… Just as long as your applying to exposed skin you should be fine.

Now since in my neck of the woods this time of the year it’s pretty damn cold out, so that really limits the places I can apply. So these days I find myself applying to the front of my neck, back of neck, wrist, and on an occasion to my hair.

I like to apply to my zipper area, back of head and back of hands. I avoid my chest, neck and forearms as some products give me a rash. Also these areas tend to be covered with clothing.

Ammo -wrists
TUTH - under shirt
Shine - Hair / neck
Openness - forearms
