What is your favorite Pickup artist/dating instructor? You’ve already read this far you mine as well put an answer ![]()
First off thanks for including me in your list. I’m flattered and glad when you or anyone else finds something I say to be helpful.
That said as much as I like to give advice and “teach”, I am still and always will be a student. (IMO the best attitude anyone can have about anything.) in just under a year the person I think I’ve learned the most from easily is Tish (and no I’m not kissing her ass cause she’s hot
). Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about mones, but is consistently giving solid advice on social dynamics and relationships. Nevermind being open minded enough not to take offense at some of the…less than genteel ways some of us will describe women/relationships etc. For example, I’ll often tell people that women tend to be emotion based in their decision making processes while men tend to be logic based. I don’t mean this as an insult to women, yet I do often find that many women take it that way. Usually deciding that the comparison implies that women are stupid and can’t think logically. Which is not the case, nor is one way; emotional vs logical better than the other. It simply means that the two genders tend, as a result of having different body chemistry’s driving them, to think differently. Tish however has never taken offense to that (that I know of) and I feel she takes the statement the way it was intended and not as an insult against an entire gender.
On top of that the advice she gives is almost always spot on and actually helpful to men. In some ways I can’t help but wonder if part of this is a result of her Wiccan beliefs. I know a little about it and and have known some Wiccans over the years and they tend to have a better understanding of the nature of Masculine and Feminine energies. The Wiccan women I’ve known seem have all been very strong women but a feminine strength and not the kind of almost aggressive strength you would normally associate with more radical feminists. It’s more along the lines of a strength that comes from understanding, accepting and embracing their natural feminine nature and not feeling threatened by masculine energy.
Maybe I’m over thinking it and she just happens to be extremely cool by luck.In any case I’m glad she’s here and she’s an asset to the community.
Well thank you RAD I’ll have to get ahold of her she’s pretty busy though and can’t help me that much unfortunately and i’m started to become depressed because i’m not doing good enough.
I’ve been looking at PUA and dating advice for a long time and all of it is conflicting and plus I don’t know what works for people my age or not.. agh
And I also have a problem with not being able to talk to some girls sometimes i’m a badass and can do whatever and sometimes I’m a little puppy afraid to make noise.
I’ve tried so much anti anxiety medicine aromatherapy hypnosis subliminal messages its just getting annoying now.
tisha and rad, hands down
I wish I could msg you guys and get your help but unfortunately my ip address is having problems with the website and I need a proxy to get on here.
Rad I think I want to be like you will you take me as your student?![]()
You shouldn’t be having any IP issues. That was all resolved a while ago. I’ll look into it again.
Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I’m hardly a PUA. More of a student of Don Juan Demarco myself.
Rad has my absolute vote!
Tisha is remarkable and in her own realm.
Well there’s a couple of problems with a lot of the PUA info out there…it seems like about 80% of it is geared for the club scene. If you figure a person finishes highschool at 17-18 and in most states they’re not legally able to go into bars and clubs until they’re 21, a lot of the “night life game” is geared for people in their early/mid 20’s to mid 30’s.
You may find info geared for college life and modify it for highschool since there’s going to be SOME similarities in the scene but few guys will make a product specifically designed for your average Highschool guy because A.) They don’t think you have the kind of money to drop a couple hundred on a DVD package, much less a couple grand for a live seminar bootcamp (that would lead to your instructor being arrested for trying to run game on teenagers)…which leads to B.) I would imagine if a guy was to try and sell a product designed to help teenage males seduce teenage females there’d be a few groups looking to lynch him over it.
The best you can do is read what you can, get your hands on dvd’s however you’re able. And try to look at it as a problem solving exercise. Take any bit of advice or info they give you and ask yourself “how can the effect this creates be done in MY situation?”
I know what you mean about conflicting advice. At your age you can actually try something now and see if it works for you. Then try something else…totally without the first set of stuff (to fill the cup you must first empty it grasshopper) Maybe it will work better, maybe not as good. The biggest difference I see in between guys that practice variations of the M3 Model and guys that follow a more direct RSD style of game. Now I’ll tell you the RSD stuff works, and works great for getting to sex fast, the problem with that is they basically go straight into seduction or seduction after establishing brief attraction…they almost ignore comfort. This is fine for guys that want to get action and then never plan on calling the girl again. But my experience has been that when I’ve used that kind of method I get fewer follow up dates and the girl almost never turns into even a short term girlfriend. When I stick with the M3 model (with a few personal adjustments) the girls are happy to hear from me when I call them later, some I date for a while, but even the ones that don’t consider me a good guy and stay friends enough with me that they introduce me to friends of theirs. Wrap your head around that, meet a girl, go out, have sex, maybe date and have more sex for a few weeks, mutually decide that it’s just not there for a serious relationship, but remain friends and this girl that you have had sex with HELPS you to meet friends of hers knowing you’ll probably have sex with them too! You can’t get that without establishing comfort somewhere in there so that’s the method I choose.
First thank you for adding me to your list. I dont consider myself a PUA/dating instructor although I do cover the basics sometimes in coaching, after all it is part of life.
I learn something new everyday from the people in this forum and people in general. I think everyone here is pretty amazing. I agree with RAD that learning is a life long process. I love to teach/coach and help people improve there lives. What the people I help dont know though is that they help me just as much as I do them. I think the best teachers are those who can learn from there “students” as well as teach them. When I give advice or coach I get insight into life and myself as well.
Now as far as your question. If someone where to ask me who to go to for PUA/dating advice I would say Steve >>>>> Yes your still my favorite even though you ate my marshmallow. I have learned so much from him over the years about many things including PUA techniques. He didnt set out to teach me, we would be on the phone a lot when he was out at buckies or somewhere and I could hear him in action LOL I always thought observing life as it happens is always the best way to learn anything. I am extremely observant even on the phone. “Good times” ![]()
My next pick would be RAD. He is extremely insightful and I always enjoy his posts and learn something from them even when I am not agreeing with him which is rare LOL I like that about him, he is warm and open to others opinions and dosent get defensive or judgemental if they are not his own. His confidence and personality comes through in his posts. (I am not kissing his ass because he is hot) ![]()
Your making me get emotional LOL Thank you so much for your kind words. I think your extremely cool to. (((((everybody hug))))) ![]()
I am definitely not a radical feminist. I think that movement came from a place of fear and anger not from strength. I cant really say being a witch taught me that but I am sure it influenced my thinking in some ways. I have to credit my parents and my grandparents for that attitude though. Watching there relationships with each other and with friends and family I learned that “The whole is greater then the sum of its parts” Masculine energy and Feminine energies each have there own strengths and weaknesses and its in embracing those strengths and weaknesses that you bring your greatest gift to the whole. I am a girl and I like being a girl, I have my own strengths and I can enjoy masculine energy without being threatened by it or wanting to take it as my own.
I look at everything this way, myself, relationships, families, friendships, goals, job and even this forum. No one person makes this forum great. The whole is greater then the sum of its parts. All those parts coming together with there strengths and weaknesses make it great.
Not doing good enough ??? Who sets the standards of “good enough” ? Let me tell you something important. You as a person were born good enough, we all were. Good enough is where we start and where we end. The middle part where we strive to be better is the important part of the journey. It is the journey.
I hate to point this out but technically you are a puppy. Your 15 correct ? Your going to grow and learn and as long as you continue doing that instead of settling for good enough (which I remind you is the beginning and the end) you will become a big dog making a loud noise. Life is not a race, if you concentrate only on the finish line you miss the journey.
Well I am not a big fan of anxiety meds unless they are severely needed. I think doctors jump to quickly to medicating but thats a whole different subject. They dont help you learn or grow they just make things “good enough” and frankly I cant settle for good enough. I strive to move forward.
The reason your getting upset and disappointed is because your looking at these things as a means to a end. Whether you know it or not your looking for the magic “method” that will make you “good enough”
Remember what I said above. The whole is greater then the sum of its parts. This applys here as well, it applys to everything. All these things your learning…PUA, pheromones, subliminal messaging etc etc on there own wont make the “whole” you seek but together they make the “whole” stronger. There is no one “magic method” out there that will instantly change your life. Its a process. Myself, Rad, Steve and everyone on your list didnt get where we are today by being good enough but by learning and striving to be better. None of us are done either. We still strive to be better and to learn. ( I am not referring to better then anyone else I mean better individuals)
When I am on my death bed and taking my last breath those are going to be my last words before my soul leaves this body to start a new journey.
“Good enough”
Tisha
Tish just illustrated a point I made a few times about logic vs emotion and the differences. When I say women tend to be more emotion I don’t mean “emotional”, I mean they’re very intuitive when it comes to emotions. I read your posts and after being flattered by your compliments I looked at your observations from a logical problem solving standpoint and totally missed/overlooked your statements about how you FEEL.
Tish however zeroed in on that and addressed the issue. This is a perfect example of what I mean with regards to how the genders tend…it’s not a hard fast rule…to see issues from different perspectives. Being emotionally intuitive is not a weakness or a flaw that women possess, it simply is what it is and one of the traits that makes them women and not men with boobs.
Her words on the issue are solid. Thing is a lot of times issues regarding confidence are locked in a very fucked catch-22. People will say “To get the girl, you gotta be confident.” the problem is if you’ve been trying to get a girl for a while with no success, saying “be confident” is like trying to tell somebody to build a table without legs. Confidence needs support. Now some guys measure their own sense of self worth and base their confidence exclusively on their ability to attract women. I suppose this can be successful for some but you’re giving the power to control how you feel about yourself to each and every woman you interact with as you go through life. But, when your confidence comes from testing yourself, pushing the edge in the various areas of yourself and your life and seeing what you’re actually made of you get a different kind of confidence. It’s a very solid inner strength that radiates and can’t be faked. When you find your core, your lifelong goals, ambitions, your personal values and ethics and a clear solid identity with defined likes, dislikes, things you embrace, accept and outright refuse to tolerate, women become something you WANT to enrich your life as opposed to something you NEED to define your own value as a man. Trust me, no SANE woman wants to be responsible for your self esteem and self worth, it’s too much pressure to put on anybody.
The lack of neediness, and the positive masculine energy you’ll naturally possess will be about the most attractive qualities you’ll ever be able to learn or possess.
LMOA! ROFL!
Me a PUA. Dude am as much of a PUA as Steve is gay. ![]()
LOL, I kind of forgot about those calls when I’d have you on the phone and someone I was interested in walked by. Good times there
.
Thanks for the vote though.

Tisha and Rad are still my vote
Didn’t Don Juan fuck anything with a hole and a pulse? ![]()
Ah so many people here have given such good advice, though without this seeming like a popularity contest, I won’t name anyone…coughsradmantishastevep51olfactcoughs sorry, terrible cough I’ve got going. ![]()
Actually, as a woman you’re what other PUA’s call “a natural”. You were born and raised with skills at establishing attraction that guys like me pay through the nose to learn to emulate.
Yeah Don Juan did! My hero ![]()
Seriously though guys I am low on the scale of PUA’s and while I’m flattered do not deserve the credit.
