I know what your talking about. Qi-gong is practiced to balance and heal the body. Its a method storing balanced energy. I use different methods myself. Chi is simply your energy. Many things can put it out of balance. Stress, diet, negative energy, how you think about the world around you and yourself.
I did a little meditation of my own and from what I can tell from here your red and yellow chakras are out of balance still. Possibly your green chakra as well.
Your red chakra is your root chakra. Its located at the base of the spine and its what grounds us and is related to our survival and feelings of security.
Your yellow chakra is located at your solar plexus and governs emotions. When its blocked feelings of anger resentment insecurity fear manifest.
Green is your heart chakra. When its blocked we can feel emotionally unstable, untrusting, and obsessed.
There are different ways to clear your Meridians so your energy (chi) flows freely. Qi-gong is one method.
You may do better with meridian tapping and chakra clearing.
EFT is emotional freedom technique. Its basically psychological acupressure. Dr Mercola can explain it better and they have a video to walk you through it. It works.

You probably should get your chakras cleared by a practitioner but if you cant find one in your area or dont want to spend the money then you can learn to do it yourself. It takes practice and patience though.
Just google clearing your chakras and you will find some tutorials.
I like to use Denise Linns site once in a while she has the chakra clearing portal and the healing portal on her site. When you new to chakra clearing its best to use tools like these but once you know how to do it you wont need them.

Portal links are on the left half way down.
You may want to look into reflexology and possibly the bio feedback machines.
Qi gong consists or breathing, meditation and slow fluid movements. Go to the qigong institute online and all your questions will be answered.
The symptoms you described above seem to be a bit more then an energy imbalance though. There is something occurring neurologically and I assume from your other post about seizure meds your doctor is aware of it. If not make him/her aware of it. There could be an underlying problem, migraines, Lyme’s disease, encephalitis, anxiety disorders, bipolar-ism and numerous other things can cause these symptoms. Stimulation of any of the senses including the olfactory senses can trigger those symptoms
Mones will not cause it but they can act as a trigger especially to the one wearing them and inhaling them the most. It normally doesn’t have this effect on others because they are not as exposed. I would hold off on using mones until you have your health more in control.
Wish I could help you more.
