So, I’m a bit of a newbie, and after getting great tips from all of you guys before I start really experimenting with pheros, I started thinking, "Hey! I wonder what got these people to start trying them? Same reason as me (for the chance to get “out of the crowd”, get some attention, and ease conversation between myself and strangers)- or other reasons? I’ve read little stories here and there, but asking outright seemed much easier than lurking around in the forums for hours on end. (Browsing often feels like stalking to me…not too comfy with that.)
hi Axus, i think the overriding factor for me to start experimenting pheros was probably just as simple as “knowing” something that no one else around me knew. to this day, (almost 4 years later) the only people that know i use them are my live in girlfriends, and they now have female versions of androtics products to use and they really enjoy being in on the “secret”.
It STARTED as part of a SELF-improvement process but has really evolved immensely into a LIFE-improvement process. That’s been the most dramatic, unexpected benefit of this whole “process”. And, it’s not just the products, but the forum too!
Heard about Liquid Trust - got interested and found this website… got more interested and decided to try it out for shits and giggles… found that I really enjoyed the effects and further enjoyed testing (which makes sense because I test big mechanical fans for a living at the moment and love my job)
I don’t remember what brought me to do a search about pheromones… I was curious and thought “Well, I need a new perfume, so why not try a perfume with a plus?”.
I had tried a testosterone enhanced fragrance from Adam & Eve which smelt very nice to many people. So I wanted to try another one to have my own identifiable unique scent.
Saw it on google along the lines of “What The Sellers Here Don’t Want
You to Know. It’ll Freak You Out!” made me curious, clicked on it ended up here. Learned about the secret world of pheromones. Sweet Jesus, I am one blessed kid. lol
Hmm, good question, well for me it all started with Pherlure that i bought which it turn out to be a scam after i have done some intensive research to it on the internet which it led me to this forum which have taught me a true meaning about pheros there

I was always into aromatherapy and mixing other happy little ummmm potions and such LOL Plus my brother is a scientist/chemist and I am science driven as well as interested in social awareness and Influence so I just gravitated towards it.
I used them from all over for a while then about 3 or 4 years ago I found smartmones and I fell in love. You wont believe this part. I was a lurker here for a long time before I joined. I was busy with other forums but this one just felt good so I jumped ship and joined here.
I started here because I was sick and stuck at home for a week… I don’t remember how I ended up reading about pheromones, but I found the l-s site and then surfed my way on over here. I read through I think the entire forum over several days.
I started using the products because I felt like I wasn’t receiving the kind of attention I wanted from males. I was always friendzoned immediately, even though many of those male friends often told me how attractive I was. I didn’t get it.
Turns out I didn’t get a lot of things. I started when I heard about them talking about the effects on a radio show, they were discussing the new Erox product one of the first commercially available colognes with pheromones (was it? or was it hype) they had been discussing the potential that it would have to be removed from the market because it could cause people around you to feel differently. I was like I need to try that before they remove it from the market, Remember this was 1993/1994 so no interweb to look it up on, well at least not for me.
so I went and bought a bottle, and was impressed with the way it made me feel and it was interesting with how people reacted to me.
Being a slightly antisocial technologyfreak “Nerd”, this was something new for me, and ladys would at least say hi, before I did.
3 years later and 4 relationships I was feeling on top of the world. I entered into my first of multi year relationships, which ended in problems by her, she was in bed with someone else. my bounce back relationship was not much better. So I took time off, when I was ready to try dating again, I wondered what pheromone products were available, because there had to be something better than Realm on the market by now. So I tried a few of the “pheromone” colognes, again they were Ok, but not really good. Stumbled onto Androtics website, ordered, A314, IH, IFM and TUTH, I wish I had found the forum or realized it was here, as my choices could have been better. Reordered IO and Ammo.
For me it was complete coincidence. I was browsing some german web shop for completely other things, and then found this ‘pheromone’ menu there with good reviews of products. I think they were a reseller of LS products. So as I already wanted to buy something from them I chose to put a bottle of Alter Ego in my cart, too. After using two or three drops of it at a club and having two hot girls dancing around me like crazy to catch my attention I was sold! I’ve never had that much female attention in my whole life before… At the same evening I had the first negative response, too - a girl I’ve known over the web and talked to only once in ‘real life’ at a festival completely refused any commnication with me…
After a while I found the original LS website and started getting the products from there. I’ve tested lots of stuff, but most of their products were far too strong for me in regards to androstenone content. Only AE and SOE were really useful to me.
It took me a whole year to find out about androtics, which was only talked about as ‘the other place’ over at the LS forums by Gegogi and Terry…
In the beginning it was all about women, but now it’s about easing up social life, too. Of course, women still come in @ number 1.
Never really been all that much of a hit with the ladies and I was in serious risk of my virginity growing back. I watched oceans 13 and that peaked my interest as to how real or viable the device used in that film might be. I realise this makes me sound like a rohipnist or something but really it was just lazy speculation and a hope there might be something out there to help boost my confidence or something, something that would get me over what I saw as my stumbling blocks. On stumbling in I found that there might be an outside chance that there might be something to give me the boost I was looking for and thought I’d see what happened. I’ve since found out so much more just from visiting this place and I think this could well be the start of a new way of life, a way that gets me to start challenging my own and other people preconceptions and gets me involved in some real self improvement, not in a new agey way but in a real ‘long hard look’ way.
My initial interest in pheromones occured purely through chance. I was reading a book, I don’t remember what it was, but it mentioned that Cleopatra had a fondness for pheromones. Having studied Cleopatra for years at that point, needless to say it piqued my interest.
One day I was on Amazon.com and I remembered reading that. I decided to do a search to see if they carried anything along these lines. They did. Of course knowing nothing about them I was at a loss as to what might be usefully and what was a scam. With a bit more searching through the products listed I managed to stumble across a link to Androtics. Imagine the luck that so early in my search I would nearly immediately find this place. I checked out the products list and spents days pouring over the information here on the boards and the reviews of the happy customers. Like a fish in the lake, I was hooked and was slowly being pulled in. By the time I made my order I was quite excited by what everyone here was saying. I bought the entire Instant Line. Needless to say I was quite pleased with the results.
I agree with what was posted by some of the others here. While it was my curious nature that initially turned me on to pheromones. It has turned into a journey of self-improvement.
