A314 (Version 17, batch 5) vs. A314 (Revision 23, batch 1)
There has been a lot of talk recently on the forum about the differences in A314 versions (I’m going to assume that versions and revisions are the same thing), whether it be the LS version, the mutant version or the newer version everyone seems to have there own personal favourite.
I bought A134 version 17 with my very first Androtics order over a year and a half ago, and have enjoyed wearing it at 2 drops ever since. I eventually ran out and it was time to order a new bottle which I received about 3 weeks ago and have been wearing it since then, at again 2 drops – this time it was Revision 23.
Because of all the interest in newer A314 against older A314 I thought I’d mention a few of the subtle differences I’ve picked up on between the two versions I’ve tried. I haven’t seen it mentioned before but rone in both Instant Gentleman and p95 seems to create this desire in me to talk more. I find rone to drive rapport making, and when I wear it the unnecessary talk is usually an attempt by me to keep the conversation and the connection going between whoever I’m talking too, it doesn’t create a desire for me to talk more words per minute like anol, but a desire to drag the length of a conversation on, to draw the interaction out. The rone inspired, lengthened conversations are almost always professional and not at all silly; I find myself reiterating the same point more rather than talking nonsense.
This rone rapport thing is something I’ve only noticed before from Instant Gentleman and p95. I found A314 version 17 to be very to the point, I never got the desire to say more than what was necessary. The revision 23 version of A314 does have this desire to talk.
About a week ago whilst wearing 2 drops of the new A314, I had a girl my age in the bookstore trying to chat me up. She works in the book shop and I was buying a book on Buddhism, when she started firing rone based rapport seeking questions at me, “so is it you who wants to learn about Buddhism? Or are you buying this book for someone you know?” “Do you know much about the subject are is this your first book?”, etc, etc. I was feeling the rone vibe too and feeding her with lots of answers, we got quite a conversation going and built some decent rapport. She was twirling her hair and revealing her neck by the end of the conversation at which point she had to serve another customer so I said bye and politely left.
Last Thursday I had a 45 minute interview about careers advice at the university I’ve just graduated from. Now I’m qualified I’m looking to replace my current job with a job more permanent, so I had booked an interview to get some brief careers advice. I turned up at 6.45pm and was the guy’s last client of the day so I thought he would be in a rush to see to me and get me through. The A314 made the 45 minutes fly by. We were both engaged in rone rapport and covered a lot of ground – very helpful interview for me. The new A314 makes everything flow so smoothly and when you leave, you leave feeling you made a real connection and made lot of rapport with whoever you interacted with, I’m sure you leave them with the same feelings about yourself as well.
This Instant Gentleman-ly desire to actively create rapport and talk is the only difference I’ve noted so far between the two A314 versions – the previous 2 examples are just the 2 most obvious ones that have stuck in my mind, every time I’ve worn it I’ve noticed very similar, consistent reactions from the people I’ve interacted with. Both get me all the respect I need and both come in the same great Akuto scent, which I prefer so much more in oil form than alcohol spray.
