Here is a question I was wondering.
If you take a shower and really scrub with a bar of soap, will that remove the previous pheros? Or are they still there?
Does this vary by pheromone? Would showering remove the presence of instant shine/instant openness but not Ammunition or Turn up the Heat?
Would it matter if I sprayed them to my chest, neck, wrists or behind my ears?
I’m just trying to prevent an OD if I use Ammo/TUTH one night and try to use it again the next night. (Friday/Saturday for example)
It varies depending on which phero you’re using. The -none based ones are sticky & don’t wash off easily so you need good exfoliation or something like witch hazel to remove it properly or you risk -none build-up

I’ll make a quick trip to CVS and see if there are some exfoliating products there, lol..
Got some shower cream that “Smoothes: exfoliating grains sweep away dead surface skin.” Also got some new exfoliating shower gel. Hopefully that will help.
You only need to do the exfoliating anf witch hazel methods once in a great while if you use anone products everyday. Its takes a long time of use before the residule amounts left after showering can bring you anywhere near OD levels.
If you just use AMMO on Friday and Sat you have no worries at all really.

i use dishwashing soap and ivory soap in the shower on my neck to get rid of phero and cologne products.
